I’ve never been a huge fan of breast enlargement pumps. Most pumps out there are useless pieces of junk.

what i did was i went to autozone and for 30 dollars bought a mighty vac hand pump. same as others but you get a loit of adapters. also i have a 2 1/2 h/p wet dry vacuum. you can hook hose to suck or blow. pulls about 15 inch of vac suction, better then hand pump, also wall mart has set of funnels for a dollar. and there you go, works for me. later david

Their is also a medical breakthrough for breast enlargment….I have been reading up on a proceedure that takes fat from one part of your body and places it into your breast….They add stemcells to the fat from your own body to allow for the acceptance of the fat redistribution…..
Sounds good so far…Just dont know if any doctor will do this for us Transsexuals and intersexed….More research is need in this area….
Hey Lucille, great information about breast pumps as I’ve been wanting to give them a try. Having done a bit of reading about them I also came across penis pumps too, so managed to persuade my partner to enlarge with me! Have you got any recommendations for this? So far I have found http://www.penispump.co.uk which has quite a bit of choice but don’t know what to pick. I’m based in the UK but don’t mind importing – thanks! Mandy x
I have to say it works very well, for me playing around as a webcam “girl” was thrilling fun. I realize now that the woman in me has seduced the male right out of me. I followed “flat 2 fem” getting the results shown in picture. Now for the next step I will Noogleberry for some more dramatic breast growth.

I just want to thank Lucille for her discovery breakthrough of the Noogleberry system, it does work! I ordered it because my arms were tired of doing the exercises and I’d figured to let the equipment do the work. Well I have been using it for about 2 weeks now, along with the Flat to Fem program, and I have seen dramatic improvement in the growth of my breasts. I have seen an increase of about a 1/2 cup size and look foward to more increases It’s a very simple proceedure. Once you have a good suction seal around your breasts, you pump it up. I do it for 20-30 minutes a day, and as loong as it doesn’t cause you pain, you can pump it to whatever level you want. The only thing I will warn you about is that you may have slighty red circles around your breast for a while do to the pumping exercises, but they will disappear in a few days. It was money well spend, $61 and free shipping. It’s worth trying! Thanks Lucille!
I attached a few more pics of my nipples. As you can see from the clothes pictures it is now impossible for me to hide my breasts. My nipples are much larger and more feminine since i started using the noogleberry nipple pump. I do get looks now when I am walking down the street and I enjoy the attention. As Lucile has mentioned – after you do this for a month or so the nipple results are perminate and will not return to their former size. Before i started this I had completely flat nipples but now they are getting so big that if i wanted to hide them i woudl have to either wear a bra or put some sort of cover over them.
thanks Lucile – I purchased the noogleberry from ebay – caught a good deal. been using it for about 6 weeks now and seeing great results. i also purchased the nipple enlargement pump too and my nipples and areola’s are much larger now too and feminine looking. I attached some pictures – I have been taking your suggested Saw Palmetto, Red Clover, and Fenugreek along with Fennel, Pueraria Mirifica (PM), wild yam, hops, soy and black cohosh. My body is now completely estrogen dominate and is changing form – my skin is much softer, i smell different (no more men’s body odor – i smell sweet), my butt is bigger, more round (used to have a flat butt)….. i am also shaving less (which is great) and feel wonderful – i’m so much calmer now and i feel more sensative. One other side benefit is my nipples have become much more sensative – i have developed Montgomery’s Glands around my nipples and i have also begun to lactate when pumping (see attached photos)….its been a great experience and I have you to thank for everything!!!

what health issues are with growing my breast and trying to lactate…been taking female hormones to lactate…they are starting to do the job…I’am concerned with male testertrone return when I’am done nurseing…

I’ve been using Noogleberry for the last 3 years. I’m having so much surprising success with their XXL domes, I feel that they’re getting bigger, due to the sport bra I have on and the cleavage I created on the right.
What I use to enhance my results is wild yam cream because it holds the suction and expands my boobs better…

When is the best time to use a pump, before, after or in between massaging?
A little about myself and my thoughts on breast pumping. In 2001, I started on a self medicated hormone treatment program (oral only). Not the best idea, but I kept the meds low dosage. After 18 months, I just couldn’t afford the meds, besides the fact that my shipment could be seized by Customs at any time, so I stopped. I had done a LOT of research and saw Lucille Sorella’s Flat to Fem Program several years later and had even ordered it. It wasn’t until the first of this year (2010) that I decided to finally follow it. The herbs that she recommends cost me $50 per month versus the $100′s that I was spending before. Plus I can pretty much get them at the local drug store or order them online without Customs seizing my order! I won’t tell you that I have gone from an “A” cup before to a “C” cup in four months (and seldom believe the people that DO claim results like that!), but I will say that I am satisfied with the results I have so far! Pictures don’t always show the results but I just LOVE the fullness and “jiggle” that I now have! I think that my breasts are starting to fill out and become more defined. And that is what I was looking for… As far as breast pumping, I have done it off and on over the years. Since I’m too lazy to do the Chi massages that Lucille recommends, I thought it wouldn’t hurt! I haven’t done it on a consistant basis, so I can’t tell you that “yes, it works”. I guess everyone’s results vary! Just remember that you don’t have to spend big money on a breast pump. I built my own breast pumps. I bought the single breast pump from an adult web site and then bought another so I could pump both breasts at once. Too bad I didn’t buy them at the same time… it would have been cheaper! All it took was a “T” connector to attach the two cups to one pump. I took an old bra and put the cups in them, then cut a small hole in the bra cup to run the vacuum line through. I would put the bra on, position the cups and pump away. They only thing was, the plastic cups cracked and didn’t last long. I solved that by getting two “tupperware” type plastic bowls that have lasted much longer and still do the same thing. It just goes to prove that you don’t have to spend a lot, just be smart…

I have used breast pumps along with supplements and massage to increase my breast size. One of the girls mentioned worrying about the top part of her breasts being disproportionate from using pumps. I like to move the pumps around to get more even breast growth. The use of all of these techniques has resulted in some nice changes in the size and shape of my breasts.

I built my breast pump and it works as well as the more expensive ones on the market. I used a brake bleeder hand pumps type a funnel and a length of tubing it nay not be pretty but it works. Guess you could use different size funnels depending on how big you are or want to be. I was flat chested and with the use of Spirolaction for high blood pressure and the hand made pump I am showing some result but hoping to get bigger

Thank you for the information on breast pumps I have thought about using manual breast feeding pumps as these seem to be the cheapest on the market I did look at the Noogleberry and for me it is very good value for money and matched with your Flat to Fem what more could a girl want
I put up a photo taken a few months ago I have gone from flat to what you see now they are only AA My doctor put me on meds for Reflux and who would know that they give men breasts lol
I have brought you Flat to Fem but have not started the program as yet as the herbs can do the same as the meds that I am on for blood presure so want to talk to doctor I thing if any reader are on meds it would pay to get checked by you doctor and get regular checkup

What reflux meds were those? Been trying to find out for a double whammey of getting rid of my reflux and growing breasts.
I have purchased all of your programs prior to this but I haven’t used pumps. As I previously mentioned using the fenugreek extract mixed into lotion helps, therefore I might also try a pump. One of my problems is that In my daily life I Lift heavy objects and use my upper body strength a lot, therefore more chest expansion and less breast growth.
