Poll: What’s Your Favorite Color to Wear En Femme?
ByDid you know that the colors you wear have a HUGE impact on the way people perceive you – especially when you are en femme?
Colors send out subconscious messages to people. For example, purple says “sexy and mysterious”, while pink says “feminine and romantic”.
The right colors can even make you look more passable!
Here are the meanings of 12 different colors:
White
White is associated with purity and simplicity. Wear white if you want to look pure, innocent, or even virginal.
Blue
Light blue send out messages of peace, trust, and understanding. Dark blue is associated with authority and masculinity (think police uniforms), so use this color sparingly. The best blues for TG women are light blue and baby blue.
Red
Red is the most intense color of all and is associated with passion, desire, love, and sexuality. Wear red only when you want to be noticed!
Green
Light green symbolizes freshness and youthfulness, while dark green is associated with money and ambition.
Purple
Purple communicates mystery, magic, and creativity. Wear purple if you want to look sexy and mysterious.
Black
Black is associated with power, elegance, and formality. Wear black if you want to look sophisticated and mysterious.
Pink
Pink is the color of love and romance. It’s the most feminine color, so be sure to incorporate lots of pink into your wardrobe.
Yellow
Yellow is the color of joy and energy. Wear yellow to show off your fun, playful side. Avoid yellow when you want to be taken seriously.
Orange
Like yellow, orange is associated with joy, enthusiasm, and attraction. This is a great color to wear when you want to liven things up.
Brown
Brown is a stable, wholesome, and down-to-earth color. Wear brown for mellow occasions or if you want to appear reliable and genuine.
Gray
Gray is great color to wear when you need to come across as professional and trustworthy. Too much gray can get boring though, so be sure to punch it up with some fun colors.
Beige
Beige is a simple, conservative color that’s friendly, approachable and non-threatening. It’s perfect for times when you want people to open up to you.

It depends on the occasion. Now around the Holidays I have been wearing
red & black. I have a pretty decent wardrobe of colors and am good with
selecting and matching.
I thing black and blue is my but love pink also.
My favourite colours to wear are yellow and red (not necessarily together) – they give me a feeling of fun and openness. However I do enjoy wearing black from time to time, I suppose it’s all dependant upon my mood. A ‘mix and match’ between these colours seems to work well for me.

I’m too afraid to try doing this in public, but I’d say red is nice, and blue would be nice since — I’m told — we look good in the color of our eyes.
I have a wide varity of colors it just depends upon my mood and where I am going. I find its fun to be open and flirtatious when shopping I am able to open more doors then to be afraid of what people will think of me.
I have gone through a spell of wearing pink exclusively for a while, then shifted to blue, later yellow, green, white was a favorite for a while, just recently got 3 black dresses, black halfsliip and black bra.

I am tall for a tv 6.6 (long legs) Darker colors seem to work well for

My number one is Black. Makes me feel empowered and sexy at the same time. I am also partial to pink. It makes me feel sexy and submissive.
pink is wonderful for having a extra feeling of femininity and black is always the elegance. for partys yellow,orange and others with a feeling of joy.
i use to wear red and dark gray most the time, but nothing like a black dress, or a purple shirt with a vinyl black mini skirt (like the picture one!)
