Top 3 Body Feminization Weight Loss Tips

- Males and females gain weight in the opposite areas. The more masculine fat you have, the harder it is to create a feminine shape.
- You want to look HOT, right? The closer you are to your ideal body weight, the better you’ll look as a woman.
Here are 3 tricks that helped me shed the fat I gained over Christmas (and afterwards, I want you to tell me YOUR best weight loss tips!):
1. Drink tea
Tea is an awesome ingredient for weight loss! Studies show that tea reduces your appetite and speeds up fat burning. Coffee, on the other hand, makes you fat. Coffee increases the stress hormone cortisol, which causes cravings and increases belly fat.
You have to drink black tea, green tea, or white tea to get the fat-burning effect. (Herbal teas won’t cut it.) The more tea the better, so drink at least 4 cups per day if you are trying to lose weight.
2. Cut the secret sugars
Sugar is one of the worst foods to eat if you want to lose weight. Sugar raises your blood sugar level, which increases insulin. Insulin promotes weight gain and fat storage, so it’s a short road to Fatsville from there.
Did you know that most of the sugar you eat does NOT come from candy bars and cookies? Processed foods are loaded with sugars that secretly make you fat! Here are some of the top sources of secret sugars:
- Ketchup
- Salad dressing
- Peanut butter
- Spaghetti sauce
- Hamburger and hot dog buns
- Microwave meals
- Fast food
Avoid fast food and check labels for secret sugar names like “high fructose corn syrup,” “corn sweetener,” “malt syrup,” “maltrose,” “fructose,” and “sucrose.” You can find healthy versions of ketchup, salad dressing, spaghetti sauce, etc. in health food stores.
3. Eat more greens
If you want to get rid of your belly blubber, you need to eat more vegetables – especially green vegetables like broccoli, spinach, and romaine lettuce. They are packed with vitamins and minerals. If your body is nutritionally deficient, it will constant crave food to try to get the nutrients it needs. Green veggies also contain fiber, which fills you up and reduces your appetite.
If you don’t like the taste of vegetables, try making a green smoothie! Just throw some spinach or lettuce into the blender when you are making a fruit smoothie. You’ll hardly taste the greens, but they’re in there helping you melt the fat away!

I’ve been running for years and I think that it helps keep my legs and derriere nice and toned. I try to watch what I eat. I’m not a vegetarian but I don’t eat much meat. I just returned from vacation and I admit I did splurge a bit. I do enjoy a nice lean steak occasionally. I believe in the concept of “everything in moderation”.
For me fitness is about a lifestyle and not so much part of a New Years resolution. I’m trying to put myself in a position to transition. Part my goal will be to sculpt my figure into a more passable female form. This is a two year old photo of me wearing a LBD. It’s a sentimental photo as it’s one of the first times that I went all the way in dressing as Melissa. I think I am doing better with my make up now and my mannerisms are much more feminine. I’ll post a newer photo soon as I can figure out my digital camera. I welcome feedback from everyone!

As per your past advise i got Amino Acid in which arginine, lysine and glutomine r available. So m very happy from today i have started to this amino acid dose. I aslo like your 2010 weight loss. but rt now i have very average body. When it will grow like as fatty then i will use your idea how to loss weight. The best thing i have found to drop my weight is to eat larger meals early in the day and small, healthy meals for lunch and dinner. Cut the fried foods, soda, and junk foods. Started cooking at home and making meals from scratch really helps also. And trying to stay on my feet more often helps also. Getting off the couch and making the time every evening to talk a walk helps a lot. It is about 8 blocks to the gas station here. I walk 2 times a day to get a XXX vita water. This dont sound like much, but it has made a big difference.

I would like to say that this is an important topic. I have always said that the most important thing to do is keep your waist trim and fit. the easiest way that i found is to have fun and dance, while there are programs out there that i would recommend it’s just a good thing to move it find some good music and swing and sway to the music step bend twist and have fun. To many times people just stay inside and don’t venture out, siiting around wont help you and neither will the best diet in the world if you don’t burn what you eat, and i mean burn it! Jack LaLane said it best, do something today for 30 min to bust a sweat and do it every day. Keep off the belly fat, no matter if you are f or m. Your health will fall if your belt line gets out of control. Be aware of your inactivity. Eat green, and not more than you burn. eat healthy, and not more than you burn . DON’T EAT LATE! or at all if all you are going to do is sit around, or go right to bed!!! get up! get out! move it! burn it! Have fun, it’s for you not anyone else!! I

Well, Tea is a good advice, I’ll keep it in mind. Another thing that has helped me a lot is fastening. Not for too long periods of time, this is the thing: Naturists advise to fasten for a day a week. It’s not like eating just nothing, but to grab a frut’s juice, all natural, homemade (everything processed is crap!), and just a single fuit, preferrably citric, like orange, grapes, guava, or even strawberry. Drink as much as you like, but nothing else than that juice. This will give your organism a chance to purify itself, and thus reducing some weight in time. For those of us who are Christians, This season just starting is a good chance to combine Church’s fastening with this naturist recommendation. It is actually the best season in year, and citrics, well you know what they do!
Another thing I do is to excercise my legs a lot. Besides running, when I have a chance to go to the gym, I put a whole lot of weight on the legs, and practically forget about the upper body, except some abs. I think this keeps me lean and not to squared.
Also try to make a habit of pressing your stomach all day during the day. You both burn fat and get used to keeping a nice posture.

Hi everyone, just got bad news from my doc. I had to go in for a check up. He told me my good colestrol is low my bad is high. My blood pressure is ok but a little high. My sugar is is a little high. Then he broke it to me with another suprise, it seems as though my 3rd drum is no longer beating in my heart. I am scared I am over weight and need help. I was told that fruit even though it is good for us isnt so good for me. I drive a service truck so I am always driving for 6-7 hours then out and hitting it hard for 4-5 hours then back in the truck. I dont get to cook for myself, I got to relie on fast food or resturant food. I am trying to get off the road but isnt happening yet. I don’t like warm tea, does cold tea work? Is there any foods out here on the road that I can be eating? I will read all your reponses. PLEASE HELP GIRLS!

If you have to be on the road all day, why not try to pack your lunch from the early morning?
Another helpful thing is to go green. Most fast food restaurants, aware of the problem they’ve created among their eaters themselves, have included salads in their menus. Opt for these suggestions, I know it can be hard to get used to if you haven’t had that diet before, but it’s good. A naturist hint is to take two spoons of extra virgin olive oil in the morning. This will help you reduce bad cholesterol and rise the good ine, besides giving you tons of vitamin E. Also, avocado is a veggie that has some sort of fat that actually drags the sturdy one from the body.
There are options. For instance, the Happy Star burger (figure it out, I’m not sure if I can write the name straigt) has the low carb burger. Any specialty in low carb substitutes bread by a lettuce wrap. Trust me, it tastes awesome!

I drink lots of tea and I do find it stops the hunger pangs. I try to eat Mediterranean style with lots of fresh ingredients e.g. tomatoes, pasta, olives etc.. I always look at labels and try to stay below 1.5% of saturated fat. However I still have a 34ins waist although at nearly six feet tall and 160 pounds it doesn’t seem to notice that much.
This is good information, and I was just planing to start part of it. I am 36, 6′1″ and weigh 280lbs. I have been 260 + since high school, except the 2 years I was in the army. (I got down to 220) After that it just crept back on me. My plan will be as follows:
1) Protein and fruit breakfast – I have read that eating protein for breakfast helps to keep you satisfied longer into the day, and it worked when I tried it before. If anyone can suggest veggies that are appealing in the morning, I might add some.
2) Lunch and dinner I will add more green veggies to reduce the amount of meat and carbs I eat.
3) I started taking Taekwondo lessons. The workouts will help me to lose the weight, and teach me self defense to keep me safe if I am read by a violent phob.
4) I am drinking Mona-vie to get all the anti-oxidants my body needs to keep it running as efficiently as it can. I’m already feeling healthier just from this step alone.
I will try to post again in a month or 2 with where I am.
