Top 3 Body Feminization Weight Loss Tips

- Males and females gain weight in the opposite areas. The more masculine fat you have, the harder it is to create a feminine shape.
- You want to look HOT, right? The closer you are to your ideal body weight, the better you’ll look as a woman.
Here are 3 tricks that helped me shed the fat I gained over Christmas (and afterwards, I want you to tell me YOUR best weight loss tips!):
1. Drink tea
Tea is an awesome ingredient for weight loss! Studies show that tea reduces your appetite and speeds up fat burning. Coffee, on the other hand, makes you fat. Coffee increases the stress hormone cortisol, which causes cravings and increases belly fat.
You have to drink black tea, green tea, or white tea to get the fat-burning effect. (Herbal teas won’t cut it.) The more tea the better, so drink at least 4 cups per day if you are trying to lose weight.
2. Cut the secret sugars
Sugar is one of the worst foods to eat if you want to lose weight. Sugar raises your blood sugar level, which increases insulin. Insulin promotes weight gain and fat storage, so it’s a short road to Fatsville from there.
Did you know that most of the sugar you eat does NOT come from candy bars and cookies? Processed foods are loaded with sugars that secretly make you fat! Here are some of the top sources of secret sugars:
- Ketchup
- Salad dressing
- Peanut butter
- Spaghetti sauce
- Hamburger and hot dog buns
- Microwave meals
- Fast food
Avoid fast food and check labels for secret sugar names like “high fructose corn syrup,” “corn sweetener,” “malt syrup,” “maltrose,” “fructose,” and “sucrose.” You can find healthy versions of ketchup, salad dressing, spaghetti sauce, etc. in health food stores.
3. Eat more greens
If you want to get rid of your belly blubber, you need to eat more vegetables – especially green vegetables like broccoli, spinach, and romaine lettuce. They are packed with vitamins and minerals. If your body is nutritionally deficient, it will constant crave food to try to get the nutrients it needs. Green veggies also contain fiber, which fills you up and reduces your appetite.
If you don’t like the taste of vegetables, try making a green smoothie! Just throw some spinach or lettuce into the blender when you are making a fruit smoothie. You’ll hardly taste the greens, but they’re in there helping you melt the fat away!

I am having problems with weight loss. Now a question for you, most people can exersise to some degree such as stairs instead of elevator, walk to corner store instead of driving. But what about those of us like me that need a wheelchair for any type of distance or a car, like me? I have Muscular Dystrophy and losing weight is one of the hardest thing to do for those of us in my position or those in wheel chairs permanitly. Can you help us? I am a Trans patient so I am trying to lose weight to look better than i do. I do pass but would like a better figure and to lose weight so as to be able to walk a little more than i do now due to my limitations. look fowaqrd to a responce via e-mail…….
Hi Lucille and everyone on this pic my weight is 80 Kg on feb i started to drink green tea olso i started to eat little less with that olso i m doing 40 minute walking daily now my weight is 74 kg i will olso attech my new pic when i will reduce more weight & thanks lucille u remember me allways i will get all your mail i like your website so much i m learning so many thing here too
I have lost 55 pounds over past year. I did it by cutting out all fried foods and sweets. I have found that when I go to a restaurant I eat soup with whatever order i put in. I have found if I cut a sandwich in 2 and take half home. I eat fruit, veggies and some nuts in the evening almost always before 6. I exercise 1 hour minimum a day. I do elyptical for 20 minutes or more and I do mall walking for 40 minutes a day. I did find the hardest is to lose the belly. I now can get into a size 9 jeans and skirts I have found that I wear size 12 or 14 with dresses. I used to have to go to Lane Bryant but no more.
I just started to do belly dancing. It takes me a little time to get the moves right, and I think it will help me with my female movements (my wiggle).
My fitness trainer told me one day that if i avoid fruit juice daily,It will help to save 25 pounds of weight every year.I was really shock to hear that i don’t no is that right or not but i am genuinely wanting to lose fat naturally instead then just doing it unhealthy way.
