What are Your FEMME Intentions for 2012?
Comments
Happy New Year, girlfriend!
Are you as psyched about 2012 as I am? I’ve got loads of exciting things coming up that I can’t wait to tell you about!
What about you? Have you thought about your FEMME intentions for 2012? This is a perfect time to think about how you want to honor and express your femininity this year.
But let’s face it – most resolutions fail. That’s why I’d like to share 3 tips for setting feminine intentions that you’ll actually keep:
1. Set intentions, not resolutions.
When I hear the word “resolution”, I immediately think of all the times I fell off my New Year’s diet or failed at some other goal. Ugh.
So rather than setting resolutions, I now set intentions. An intention is literally an “aim that guides action”. Intentions are more flexible than resolutions and don’t make you feel like a failure if you fall off track every now and then.
My own intentions for 2012 are: to express more gratitude, to get out of my comfort zone more often, and to take great care of my body.
What are yours?
2. Don’t set more than 3 intentions.
FOCUS is the key to accomplishing anything, including your feminine intentions. That’s why I suggest limiting yourself to 3 intentions max.
Wouldn’t it be great to accomplish a few important goals – whether it’s mastering feminine communication, creating a fund for transition, having daily girl time, etc. – instead of looking back at a bunch of half-completed goals next year?
3. Create a reminder system.
It’s easy to set intentions and then forget about them. The trick is to create a daily or weekly reminder system that will help you stick with your goals. Here are some ideas:
- Post your intentions in a place where you’ll see them often (the fridge, bathroom mirror, bulletin board, etc.).
- Write your intentions on a piece of paper and keep it in your wallet.
- Set up popup or email reminders in Google Calendar.
- Install a reminder app on your iPhone.
I’d love to hear about your FEMME intentions for 2012, so please share them with me below!
Wishing you a year full of girly joys and wondrous surprises!
Love,
Lucille

I intend to have a professional makeover done en femme in 2012.
Hello Lucille
My aim for this year is to get dressed every day with fem undergarment. That remember me the woman that there is deep inside me.
And in order to get my target, I am marking every day in my calendar if it is done or not. Up to now, 12 of 16 days !!!.
Best regards
Laura
Hey my mission this year is to be more of the girl that I know I am and to tell my parent what I am.
I’m pretty excited! I am starting hormones, and my GP is referring me to a cosmetic surgeon for breast enhancement and a wee bit of facial feminization. So those are my intentions, to follow through on those goals. As you can see by my photo, I play guitar in a band, and everyone has been so incredibly supportive of my transition. It’s pretty cool.
hi my aim is to have hair transplant,im already slim but love to have more female shape, also having facail laser only got few patches left after a week, hope to clear that this year
I am dead set on getting OUT of my parents’ house this year. I am also intent on going out as a girl A WHOLE LOT more often. Once every other week, NO EXCUSES, until I move out, then pretty much every day after. I also intend to follow all the feminization advice I can find until one day I look in the mirror, and see the girl in my minds eye actually staring me in the face.
I intend on moving out of my parents’ house and being out as a girl A WHOLE LOT more often. Every other month for the weekends, NO MORE EXCUSES, and escalating as I move out of my parents’ house. I also intend to read the Flat to Fem program cover to cover and follow it, to be completely hairless except on my head. Finally I intend on trying to find a job that will encourage me as a girl. I also intend on doing what I can so I don’t have to see the inconsistency between my legs.
Hi Lucille
I have been following the flat to fem programm for some time now,I have noticed changes but I am my new breast are becoming lumpy taking away some of the excitment. I am thinking of quiting if I can’t find a solution. Any ideas?
Thanks David
Since 0ct 2010, I am making progress. There is no return to the way things used to be. My feminine side is taking over; emotionally and slowly physically. I keep learning more from your blogs and one day I’ll have the nerve to go out in public dressed as a woman.
Idea: We always get all this information free in your blogs, Lucille. I would like to propose that sometime we raise some money for all your hard work. How about if us girls donate $5.00 to a fund which can buy you a new outfit. If this does not sound to kinky, I would like to see what you look like wearing a corset?
Hello Lucille.
I will continue with the breast enlargement program, so far, after eleven months I have seen heartwarming results. Hopefully if the growth trend continues I will make it to 36B.
My second part to becoming more feminine is to remove all unwanted body hair. I will be trying out a radio frequency unit I discovered on the internet, the testimonials are promising.
I am now using Procerin to bring back my hair that has receded a small amount.
I am looking forward to 2012 and all the promise it brings.
Thank you, Love, David, (Lorna)
HI LUCILLE! For years now I been trying to go out in public as a cross dresser with no success. I only dress up at home. it is very frustrating. I’ve learned to walk in high heels, wear the right matching dresses, nylons and shoes. the only problem I have is applying makeup and having enough nerve to go out in public. if I knew someone in my town who is a cross dresser that would not mind going out with me, maybe that would work. however I have tried but can not find anyone. the other thing that bothers me is develloping my breast. I have tried different types of pills, creams, lotions and massages it does not seem to work to well. after one year I should see some improvement. maybe someone can tell me what the best product is for me to use. I would love to hear from anyone. best regards CHELSY
You should use Lucile’s “Flat to Femme” book designed for you.
This road I travel, have travels overt the years has been a difficult one. It is not easy at times attempting to be something that others perceive that you are not no matter how convincing you might appear to be. At this point in my life I am happy at what I have achieved; disappointed and saddened over the possibility that I may never that final goal of a complete transformation. That makes each new year a little bitter sweet.
My resolution is to continue to love myself so that I will always have a positive out look toward the future and keep a positive out look that the future can always turn out for the best.
I intend to get out more – shopping, dining, etc. I have a vacation planned this year and I want to remain Femm from start to finish.
1) be more feminine with my voice & appearance!
2) Buy some toys & try any natural breast enhancement methods.
3) I would really love to fall in love (or at least have an intimate relation) with a real male, but i’m too scared to try it out yet it turns me on so much just thinking of it!
My plan for 2012 is to come out and begin living full time. To become myself and begin the rest of my life in the sun instead of living in the shaddows.
I am beginning to understand what loving yourself really means, and without that how can you love another?
Hi Lucille
I want to develop the confidence to escape out of my comfort zone more often. I would like to take my closest colleagues into my confidence, because I feel that there would be support forthcoming. I want to be the best woman I can be.

Happy New Year Lucille. Great idea about no resolutions. I intend to work very hard on becoming the woman I have always known I was. I am currently making headway on losing weight (40 Lbs. so far), and building my wardrobe, and practicing with make-up so I won’t look like some sort of clown. Anyway lots of work for the new year.
Thanks Ellen
Waiting on the day I can live full time as a woman. Can us suggestion on passing as a woman. I ask what works to grow bigger. Breast when you don’t have a lot of money.
Hi Jerry,
I think in these difficult times most of us are short of funds, but I’ve found that following the flat to fem system is not expensive. I use Wild Yam cream and take 2/3 Fenugreek pills a day, this works out at approx. £20.00 per month.I also do the excercises twice a day (and try very hard not to miss them) and they of course are FREE! Good Luck.

Good progress is already being made on my intentions to spend more time en femme, get together with other gurls, and wear pantyhose and bra whenever possible while in boy mode.
