How to Be More Feminine in 2011

Comments (95)

newyearsresolutions2Can you believe we’re already one week into the New Year? Did you make any resolutions for 2011?

I love the idea of giving your FEMININE SELF a fresh start – but we both know that resolutions don’t work.

So I have a different idea!

Instead of resolutions, why not create a THEME for the year? A theme keeps you focused, but since there are no rigid rules, you can’t fail.

Here are a few feminine themes to try:

Theme: The “Bold Girly Actions” Year

This year, I will take bold girly actions that move me towards being the woman I want to be.

Theme: The “Hot Lady-Body” Year

This year I will eat better, exercise and do whatever it takes to have a hot, slender, feminine body.

Theme: The “Stepping Out as My True Femme Self” Year

This year, I will honor and express my feminine self as often as possible.

What’s YOUR theme for the year? I’d love to hear from you, so leave me your thoughts below!

Love,
Lucille

Hi Lucille. I know this is an old column, but I took it to heart, and I am more feminine than I have been in years. I have acquired more and more clothes, makeup, two corsets, lots of panties (including padded ones), two sets of breast forms (C&D), bras, camisoles, shape-ups, and a new wig. Have not found the right jeans yet, but when I do the Levi’s are going to the volunteers. 2011 is going great! I’m eating salads and waxing my legs and shopping at Sephora.
    Love your site!

  4. Terrilynn says:

I have been on female hormones now for 71 days. Estrogen progestorone and a nasal spray. At the age of 53 i understand that it may take from 4 to 5 years for a complete transformation. that’s hard to take as i await every new day to wake so i can get closer to my goal. Better late then never i suppose. Terrilynn

  5. Lucy says:

Lucille, I am now “Lucy”, a cmpliment to you I think. I also have high heels and have bought my very first skirt. I am learning to walk like a woman and it makes me feel so different! I may even resume growing my breasts.

  7. yb says:

My resolve this year is two fold:a)grow my breasts fully; and b) share feelings with me-like male wanting to be female.

  8. Jerri says:

I have already accomplished my first goal this year, which was to finally go out for an evening stroll, fully en femme. I did this while on a business trip to another city to ensure anonymity. No one came really close, so it was easy pass successfully. A really heady feeling.

My theme for the rest of the year is to go on more public outings fully en femme, in environments where I am not likely to be “spotted” or, if spotted, are supportive. I also want to interact with other t-girls. Thus far this has been a very private adventure.

  9. Heather says:

I know one thing for this year and that is I am going to be more of what I have become and that is me. I will however try to become a more practicle me. Meaning that I will Try to get that “hot” body I want, but a 6yr old around the house; realy like i get to eat like i am supposed to most of the time. “Bold” I think any of us that are our true selves are alraedy being bold in society and we all are bold in our own way. As far as “my True Self” well I try to be this even in the face of adversity. Though it is hard to be a lady at times when some jerk is standing there making fun of you or saying your voice is too deep for you to be a woman. Really I know several Nateral born woman with deeper voices than mine and I even know one that has to shave their face daily. So I say to all of us out here doing the best we can….LETS GIVE THEM HECK AND KEEP BEING US!!!!!

  10. Rachel Leigh says:

I’ve gotten a chance to go out as a female last weekend. Went out to a nightclub with a friend and I was getting compliments from different people. Thankfully never had anybody say anything to me about being a man whatsoever. I’m definitely going to spend nights out as a female this year.

    • David Krusen says:

  11. Natalie says:

I am working on being who I want to be more than ever. Just wish I wasn’t on shrot term disabilty at 50% of what I can’t afford to meet required expenses. Now would be the perfect time to hit the lottery don’t need to hit it big just enough to continue on my M2F path. It’s all good I am just doing the best I can with your tips and those from others on the same path. If I could only wake up as the woman of my dreams it would go from being “it’s all good” to living my happily ever after!” Don’t even need a partner for my happily ever after just need Natalie to emerge and be Natalie all day every day!
Thank you for all your tips and emails once I hit the lottery I’ll buy all the other programs I have been promising myself I would get. Begin voice lessons, HRT, M2F 24/7 the last 2 are just in case I hit it big if not I would be happy with a few hundred so I could get all your programs!

Happy New year Lucille and all

    Warm regards,
    Natalie
