   Lucille, I love these segments! I have your course and I have been pretty successful! Walking is one of my downfalls! Also, learning good makeup techniques! I want to look proper and not over done! It is becoming very difficult for me to hide my new body shape with larger hips and prominent breasts It’s what I wanted but now I have to live up to my wonderful femininity! Love Erica
