Poll: Do You Travel En Femme?

Comments (181)

stewardessI’m here in the Colorado Rockies putting the finishing touches on “The Ultimate En Femme Fashion Guide”. I needed to get away to clear my mind and FOCUS.

The other thing I love about traveling is that it lets me reinvent myself. Nobody knows me here and nobody is ever going to see me again, so I can be whoever I want to be.

That got me wondering …

Do you travel en femme? Obviously, I’m not talking about going through airport security in your falsies! I’m talking about unleashing your female side in a new place where nobody knows you. (It doesn’t have to be far – going to a different city in your home state counts, too!)

Take my poll and let me know! And tell me about your femme travel adventures in the comments section below.

Love,
Lucille

On several occasions I wear bra with sea through T shirts and went for shopping, showing my bra very clearly. Some stare at me but I don’t care. I feel great when wearing bra and showing it to public.

Though not out fully in my small rural and somewhat conservative home town I do indeed travel a lot while dressed en femme. My wife and I often travel, usually recreationally, sometimes great distances with no problems. I find traveling en femme is one of many good forms of validation for my true (feminine) side. I believe it is very important for us all to validate, in whatever form, just who and what we are. Cowboys, teenage girls, many women and many other non trans people need to do it continuously, as do we. We need to somehow express pride in just who we are. I like to tell my support group girls, ‘show strength and pride, head up, tits out’. I even goes a long way in helping you to pass and be accepted.

I love to dress up and go on overnight trip with my hot girl friend. She loves me in drag and it really turns her on as well as me when we finally get a room for the night. I am not passable but can get by while wearing a long wig that covers my face and sunglasses. I love feeling my hose and heels rubbing against hers. She is definitely in charge on these trips, shaves me, does my makeup and puts on my heels.

I fly en fem. I am bi gendered and live both as male and female. I have a drivers license with male picture and a CA ID card with female picture but male name and male sex checked. They didn’t give me a choice! I use the ID all the time for credit card checks…. no blinks an eye! I don’t think they even notice the the sex or first name. Same at the air port. The new TSA rules require that your stated gender match your ID so I will see how that goes next time I fly.

hi lucille. I go out regularly en femme and seem to get away with it easily, anyway, at 73, It doesn’t bother me what people think, lol.
I would say to any of the girls take the bull by the horns and just do it.

I often travel in our motorhome dressed. I have to admit that I get some strange looks when people look up and see a lady driving a 40′ pusher. I have some friends in NY and in VT that I have driven to dressed and had no problems at all. I even had one lady at the toll booth tell me that I had a nice blouse (was dressed but no wig on) I just told her thank you and kept going. When I stop for fuel some of the truck drivers do give me strange looks but have not said a word. I hope that more will just get out ehre and show the rest of the world that we are just normal poeple that like the feel of fem clothes. Paula

Concerning U.S./Canada border crossings mentioned in another post, I took a ferry back and forth from Port Angeles, WA, and Victoria B.C. with a TG group attending the Esprit Conference. We were dressed en femme the whole time. We presented our male passports and other picture IDs, and the border personnel gave us no difficulties. One Canadian officer held my passport picture up against my face to make sure he could see the resemblance and, once satisfying himself that the picture and the person went together, politely completed the processing. On the return trip to the U.S. there was a hostile U.S. officer, but he wasn’t hostile about the TG, he was just hostile in general, and gave us no more of a hard time than anyone else. The big no-no is to try to deceive the officers. If you are honest about who you are, they treat you professionally.

I always travel en femme and never take my trousers. I go through Passport Control as Sandra when going to France, showing my male passport when dressed, and no one says a thing. There are no laws in the UK about what clothes you have to wear, and you are not obliged to wear trousers when crossing the channel. Skirts will do.

I am 57 years old and like dressing as a sophisticated lady. I do go out, mainly to a nearby town and find it very relaxing. Nobody appears to realise I am male except once when I stupidly wore highish heels. As I am 6 foot tall I think I stood out especially as I walked by a cafe full of workmen.
I like wearing my skirts below the knee because I have terrible knees and anyway I find it suits my age.

Last year one friday evening i took my female dresses and go with my boyfriend to his home. I wear my tight paint & pushup bra with sleeveiess nice tops. I makeup nicely and wear high heel shoes. My boy friend looked me suprisely and i go with him to a temple i am sitting back of his motorcycle. Somebody looked us at temple with smile. I enjoy the moment very much i never forgot that day. I thank to Luci to share my experiance with others like me.

  16. Debbie Daniels says:

Hello Lucille, I have been femulating all my life…I am in my 50′s and been dressing for 35 solid years. I spent alot of time in the house and then around 16 I went to school dressed in drag. I was sent home. The next day I went in drag again only to be expelled for 3 days, About a week after I returned to school I went dressed again and was expelled for the rest of the semester! Did not go well with Mom and Dad. They made me seek help and I was proved to be more female than male. Came to find out I was XXY. That explained some things. Since my 20′s I have ventured in public. I was basically sterile and went on testosterone and after 7 years I fathered a child, and another child as well. Since then I have quit taking testosterone and I have been on HRT for the past two years. My chemistry is all messed up and I have not obtained the results I wanted with HRT, but suffice to say I LOVE LIFE, I LOVE ANYTHING FEMININE, and I LOVE LIVING ENFEMME. I do not travel much but I am out and about in both genders
