Poll: Do You Travel En Femme?

By Lucille Sorella

stewardessI’m here in the Colorado Rockies putting the finishing touches on “The Ultimate En Femme Fashion Guide”. I needed to get away to clear my mind and FOCUS.

The other thing I love about traveling is that it lets me reinvent myself. Nobody knows me here and nobody is ever going to see me again, so I can be whoever I want to be.

That got me wondering …

Do you travel en femme? Obviously, I’m not talking about going through airport security in your falsies! I’m talking about unleashing your female side in a new place where nobody knows you. (It doesn’t have to be far – going to a different city in your home state counts, too!)

Take my poll and let me know! And tell me about your femme travel adventures in the comments section below.

Love,
Lucille

  1. Wendy Houle says:

Ever since I started living as Wendy, I live and sleep as Wendy. So I do travel in all type of transportation. I work, going to meetings in town and across the province. So going in femme is not a issue. I just go as myself, Wendy.

  2. Fran Cee says:

Yes yes yes, I can not wait to get my motorhome outside of town and pull into a stop and dress to my hearts content. The whole time I am Francis in all the stores and ever in the bars. Do not care what people think and to be honest I only go where straight people are. I some times have a rude coment but most time not. The way I figure it I am a girl and girls dress as they may.

  3. Beth says:

So many cool responses and levels of activity. Interesting that it is almost even, those who travel and those who don’t. Traveling en-femme is a fun and much easier than being in your own neck of the woods. My problem is more about how difficult it is to live en-femme more than two or three days at a time. I impressed at girls who do this, living in high heels, doing the facial hair management thing, and looking great all the time.

  4. Stephanie Williams says:

I have travelled enfemme a number of times, both locally and further afield. This year I actually took my first femme trip on a plane complete with airport security and a border crossing. A great experience which I’m looking forward to doing again next year.

I go everywhere “en-Femme” Dear and if everything is on track, I will even have my legal name change for Xmas! *smiles* !00% girl going for it at 200 mph! *LOL* Also, I should be flying home to be with relatives for Xmas so they will get to see and meet the new “Refined” me.

  6. Felicha Dawn says:

I am 24/7 and I would not even think about walking out of my door as a male. I either gave away or throw out every thing that I owned that was male. No one see,s me unless I have my makeup and a dress or a skirt and top and with my boots. That and I love the looks I get from the men that do not look above the neck.

I mint dress when I get where I go. But most of the time I am just a closet dresser. I very shy in what I do but I’m working on the way I feel and think. But later I mint do more then what I’m doing now.

  9. Marcye says:

I enjoy going out all made up. When I lived in Oregon I went on an all girls day out with my best friend and her mother to the coast (first time the mother and I met). It was a great time and we had fun. I have made several shopping trips with another good lady friends of mine in the Seattle area and enjoyed everyminute of them. I also belonged to am AMT Guard Group where I treaveled all dressed up in my female presonna a mid-evil area story teller. That was alot of fun. The best time in when my Real lady friends an I go out to eat and I am treated like one of the ladies. ALthought it was a little when I had to use the restroom, hmmm ladies….hehehe.That is when a good understanding best friend does come in handy and give you the in’s and out’s and goes with you.(Thankgoodness for stalls).
