What are Your Femme Resolutions for 2010?
ByHappy New Year! I hope 2010 is your most successful and FEMININE year ever.
Have you made your resolutions yet?
I’d love to hear about your FEMME resolutions for 2010, so take my poll and leave me your comments below. (Note: you can select more than 1 answer in the poll.)
Love,
Lucille

Lucille,
I should start by saying that although I cross dress, I am most definitely heterosexual, and have no intention of changing my gender. Sixtyfive is too old to contemplate that sort of thing, anyway. ALso, as I have said before, I don’t wish to “pass”; I merely want to be able to wear the clothing that I want to wear.
So – all that said, I have started in on realizing my resolutions – actually, I don’t make New Year’s resolutions; I make myself a promise as my Christmas present to myself – but I “came out” to my girlfriend yesterday. She has not seen me in women’s clothing yet, but she has promised to be supportive, and to help me do my makeup, and improve my movements, so that we may go out shopping together. She is also going to pierce my ears for me, so that I can wear some of her earings. So the second resolution – improving my makeup skills; and the third – that of going out en femme for the first time – will definately become a reality this year.
She also says that the man in her is attracted to the woman in me. She wants to teach me how not to lead on the dance floor, and next holiday season, she wants to go to a fancy dress ball, in reversed roles for the evening. I am going to go with her en femme, when she gets fitted for a tuxedo. We are both looking forward to this, because it will be such fun. I was kidding her about patent leather tux shoes making your feet sweat, and she replied that I would discover that’s nothing, compared to spending an evening, dancing in heels. I am so glad I told her; we are having so much fun together already.
I am going to lend her my copies of My Husband, Betty and My Husband Wears My Clothes. I also told her about myshape.com, and she has asked me to extend her thanks, along with mine.
Thank you so much, for the courage to be honest. Because of you, 2010 is going to begin one of the best decades of my life.
Hugs all around,
Elizabeth

This year will be the year that I wiill be living full time as a woman and will be changing my name and start on HRT prior to SRS within the next two yaers. I have already had laser treatment on my facial hair and I am planning on changing my name and going full time in April, around the time of my birthday. I can’t afford facial surgery yet, so I will have to hope the hormones will help to soften the features of my face. I am also hoping to be able to get rid of my breast forms by the end of the year.
I have a “few” resolutions for 2010:
1. Take every opportunity to be en femme in public, even if it’s in stealth mode. (It’s mostly stealth mode right now.) I started by going en femme to the New Year’s Eve party I was invited to attend.
2. Learn how to smile and laugh naturally for the camera so that I may have better photographs of me whether en femme or not. (Friends tell me that I have a lovely smile and laugh, but it has rarely been caught on film, as I’m too self-conscious or stiff.)
3. Improve my makeup skills so that even my children won’t recognize me. (When I was younger, I used to pass with little makeup and little effort. Now that I’m nearly 60, makeup is the key illusion.)
4. Daily practice feminine mannerisms by stealth mirroring of the women I know and meet and reviewing Lucille’s and other feminization materials I have collected.
5. Weekly practice of the feminization movements and body shaping provide in Lucille’s Stepping Out Secrets.
6. Daily practice of specific Pilates exercises to lose weight, to strengthen my core, make my 6-pack abs visible, and provide a more feminine shape to my body.
7. Daily practice of my feminine voice.
8. Narrow my en femme persona to one person and finalize my en femme mode name. (Over the years I’ve had several different “girl versions” and names. It’s time to narrow it to one, though keeping my French persona will always be in reserve, since my feminine voice is best when I speak my English with my French accent.)
9. Get off my lazy butt and go back to working full-time.
10. More dedicated practice of my 8-point spiritual program, including daily meditation for 30 minutes.
Blessings and best wishes for the new year to one and all!
I WANT to meet a man to share my life with or a nother womman like me
to try and spend more time as a woman and get my make up skills a lot better and one day to go out in the day time
Happy New Year Lucille
My main targets for 2010 is to improve my make up skills and female deportment as I do enjoy going out as a woman. Unfortunately I was unable to go out too much last year due to family health reasons but I hope to make up for lost time this year. I think I am very lucky in the fact that I have quite a slim figure, so I shall be working hard to keep it that way as I shall reach 74 this year.

Thanks to your guides I have been able to improve myself and last week I actually went shopping en femme. No comments or stares only can I help you madame. Still working on the voice but received thank you madame and responded with a your welcome from the cashier which made me blush slightly.
Keep up the good work and all the best for 2010
