Just a thank you for what you do. I have been using your tips and suggestions for about a year and I think I have improved tremendously. My confidence is up and I have no problem going out… I still am concerned about talking, but am working on it. Just one suggestion… try using more girls like us in your videos as it would help us to see “yes, it can be done”.
