  2. LULY says:

Hallo, I’m Luly and this is my first mail in the blog.
Afther six months of your program now I have reach little lovely sensitive breasts.
I’m a man but i love so much when I’m en femme and If i could decide probably I hope to be a woman…..so I decided to start some hormone therapy but I’m not sure to do the right thing for the reason that I’m a man in work and with friends and parents and you certainly know what It mean….it’s a very difficult decision for me!! And I let you know next.

  4. Barbra says:

Working hard to enlarge my breasts. Using herbs and cream with great results. Love to go out in public and have mumerous times. Dressing real slutty is my way.

  5. Tina says:

2009 saw me come out to my kids and my sister. I went out on my own many more times than previously to shopping centres etc.. I joined CD groups and met with new friends at these groups but also in public with them. I would like to explore the possibility of going full time in 2010. My job would be the most challenging aspect. I plan to come out the rest of my family and also discuss my position with my GP. He doesn’t know as yet but as my breasts continue to grow, my nails get longer and my eyebrows get thinner I’m sure he will pick up on something soon. I really want to go fulltime but it might not be this year but I need to have plans in place. ITs going to be an exciting year.

Happy New Years girls. This year I have given my resolutions a lot of thought and have decided that first and foremost I will set attainable, measurable, reasonable positive goals. It is so easy to fall into that trap where I set unattainable goals just to admit defeat before I even try. This year I not only set resolutions I also set way points along the way so I could measure my progress and readjust my efforts to assure I meet these goals.

This year it has become more about what I can do and less about worrying about what I can’t do. My first go is to get my waist back to a size 30 (26 is my ultimate goal but as they say Rome wasn’t built in a day). Over the past 5 years I have gone from a size 28 to size 36 waist. I am now down to a tight 34 but I think 30 is attainable.

Next I plan to drop my weight from 180 pounds to 135 this year. Forty Five pounds may seem enthusiastic but that is only 4 pounds per month, less then a pound a week. My ultimate goal is to get back to 120 pounds but as I said I want to keep my goals attainable. I have set up an exercise program and am working with a trainer at my gym and I am also seeing a Dietician she recommended.

In addition to getting into shape for Christmas this year I have also decided to expand my mind. I am a pretty good cook but signed myself up for a serious of cooking classes at the local Junior College. Also I signed up for a couple of advanced sewing classes at a local fabric store. I am really looking forward to these classes and meeting new friends while learning new techniques and tricks of the trade.

And finally instead of worrying so much about being read when I go out at night I have bought a couple of books on makeup, hair and a compact disk on getting a female voice and plan on spending at least one hour a day working on these skills.

While these are ambitious resolutions I truly think they are attainable. At the very least it will be a true reflection on my dedication to becoming the woman I know I was meant to be.

  7. Nelhew says:

I want to learn how to do make up. Since my sister’s too lazy to help me do it. I want to get a girlfriend who will accept me as a crossdressing guy. I too want to get new costumes to wear in Anime Festivals this year at March, June, August & December. I hope my exam results would be good enough to go into a Psychology Degree Course.

  8. Tammy Allen says:

I dont have any makeup on now but I do dress every chance I get my bress are getting larger but I would like to see it faster. My waight needs attention. Lucille I love your program thankyou

  9. Sandy Meredith says:

I have enlarged my breasts naturally to almost “a” but would like more of an increase in them along with increased nipple size, naturally only. Some t-girls have told me that what I have done to nearly “a” is about the best that be expected, except in very rare instances. I really don’t want a boob job. Hormones may or may not work better that the natural way. Has anyone found out how to increase breasts larger than “a” cup? How about “b” or “c” or evn more?

  10. Kayla says:

after weight loss… add an image…

    Thanks…

  11. Natasha Dashora says:

I was born a boy. Since childhood, i always likes to play girly games. dress up girly….MY FRIENDS WERE TOO GIRLS!! When my family went somewhere leaving me alone at home….I dressed up in my mothers bra, pantie, Saree, tops, carpi….Till that i never thought of any transexuality type of thing..Then i saw on internet, i observed myself. YES i was attracted towards boys….but i did’nt observed till now!! I decided to transform completly…..I BRAVELY BOUGHT BREAST ENLARGEMENT CREAMS, STARTED WEARING BANGLES!! All still my parents still don’t know…and i am a cute, sexy LADYBOY now!!!!

LIKE ME I KNOW WHY ONLY 17% OF PEOPLE VOTED “COME OUT TO MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS”. INDIAN FAMILIES ARE VERY CONSERVATIVE, LIKE MINE…..LUCILLE PLEASE GIVE SOME SOLUTION…

  12. mikki49cd says:

  13. Henriette says:

    Hi girls.
For this year my main thing will be that I can find better my way in finding myself as a woman. I hope to find a good way were the woman in me will have a regular place in my live and that the people around me will accept the way I am.
    Lots of love,
    Henriette

  14. Bobbi says:

For 2010….I would like to lose twelve pounds. I want to get out more often, and be a better woman and make a choice.

I have to improve my voice.

More realistically, I must take more time for myself, live life more and spend less time working.

Idealistically, I would love to go full time, come out to all I know and find someone to spend my free time with.

It is a big list, isn’t it?

  15. Kristin says:

Resolutions for 2010 are to get back in the gym and do more cardio workouts to lose some weight and feminize my body more, smaller waist and continue to increase my breasts if possible.

Hope the world eventually becomes more accepting of transgender people.

  16. Jennie says:

After all of these years my body is finally responding to my hopes. I have breast and round hips and I find that I walk as a woman even when I don’t try because of these changes. I can’t hide my breast any more as they have become to large. I guess I will slowly become as people see me. I will transition before their eyes without notice until suddenly here I am.

  17. Rita says:

    Hi Lucille,

The main resolution for me for the first 6 months of the year is to feminize
my voice. I have more ringing voice from the birth and I have achieved the first results during one a week. Thanks for Kathy Perez for her audio lessons.
Learn to walk perfectly on high heels. I have bought 2 high heel slippers and wear it at home every day.
Develop feminine movements. I have the basics -thin waist, very long and absolutely straight feet and hands with thin long fingers. I do feminizing exercises every day.
Listen to further 7 steps of feminization by Cheetu. It really acts.
Try to enlarge a little my breaths with the help of Pueraria Mirifica Cream. It’s absolutely natural. I want at first full A cup.
Buy for summer several pretty print-colored dresses. I prefer to wear real female clothes, not for TS/TV. Dresses and skirts is my favourite attire.
    Happy Femme Year!
    Rita.

  18. Debbie says:

I don’t do resolutions, I have recently been put on the programme here in the UK and taking DHT blockers prior to going on full hormones. Already have 38b breasts (Herbal breast enhancement) which I am very proud of and a voice that already passes the test. I hope you like my picture.

If I was to make a resolution it would be to carry on my work as Chairperson for the Uniquetg group based here in North Wales which is a support group for trans girls and for us to continue to grow and keep up the good work we do with training and support.

If anybody wants to have a look we are at http://www.uniquetg.org.uk

Wishing you all the best of luck for 2010

    Hugs and Kisses

    Debbie

  19. Dave says:

I fill a 38AA bra, but have not been able to consistently be on the flat2fem program due to financial reasons. I am heterosexual and live as a man, but want to have my own breasts.

My 2010 resolution is to be on the program consistently this year and enlarge my breasts.
