I wish I could get the hourglass figure back I had in the 90s. I have decided that I can’t bring back the past, so I will try to slim down enough so that I don’t look pregnant. Weight loss is something my wife and I really try to concentrate on and at times we do real well, but then there is Red Lobster and fried chicken. We eat well in between but loss is slow.
its so lovley great help but still trying to accept myself and sexuality i always felt straight but once dressed i find im more attracted to men and scared as cant stop dressing to befree and live but never been involved before so long to look real so i get taken seriously as girl im within
Check out “Is Your Ab Workout Making You Look Fat” and “Best Exercise For a Small Waist” online on T-nation. I used to do squats between the chair and the sofa but am adding the vacuum exercise on my transverse abdominus, the deepest abdominal muscle which goes across your tummy like a girdle.
Iv added the Denise Austin to my routine .
Nice options, I like the corset one but it will take some practice. I have used Leslie Sansone’s Walk at Home program very successfully in the past. Not only does it give a good workout with weight loss, it is nice watching her to pick up on her strong but feminine mannerisms. Good luck everyone!

I’m just curious how any of these can help reduce the rib cage? I do have a little pudge around the midsection, but it’s my rib cage that is the problem!
In my experience, a broad/big rib cage (with matching broad shoulders is best addressed by larger breasts/breast forms. Big curves look good on girls, it’s a square box of equal width shoulders, chest, midriff and hips that you want to fix against. Shrinking waist is good but you can increase chest and hips too.
I find diet/corsets, matching breast forms, dresses without shoulder pads and high waisted skirts helped a lot.
I’ve attached an old pic of me with and without a corset, but all other things the same for comparison.
