When presenting yourself as a woman, every detail matters! One detail that’s often overlooked is your feet.
No matter the size or shape of your feet, you can transform and feminize your feet with a little care and attention.
After all, there’s something so alluring about showing off sexy feet in a pair of strappy sandals or stilettos!
In this blog post (written specifically for trans women and crossdressers), I share 6 tips on how to get attractive, feminine feet. Read on to learn more!
1. Indulge in a Professional Pedicure
While you can give yourself a DIY pedicure, I recommend going to a salon for a professional treatment.
Aside from the pampering experience, it’s much easier to maintain pretty feet at home after you’ve let a pro remove your calluses, trim your cuticles, and reshape your nails.
Many men get pedicures with clear nail polish, so don’t feel shy about going to the salon in male mode. (Though of course, it’s much more fun en femme!)
2. Banish Foot Odors
It’s hard to feel sexy and sensuous if you have stinky feet. The main cause of foot odor is sweat, so here are a few tips for controlling sweaty, smelly feet:
- Try applying antiperspirant to the soles of your feet.
- Take your shoes off when you’re at home to let your feet breathe.
- Wear cotton socks instead of polyester or nylon socks.
- Put baking powder in your shoes. Sodium bicarbonate helps control the bacteria that causes foot odor.
3. Remove Excess Hair
I’m always surprised how many people (including cisgender women) neglect to remove the hair from their toes. Who needs that distraction?
When you shave your legs, don’t forget to include your feet – and the tops of your feet too if you have hair there.

4. Get Rid of Calluses
Sexy feet are soft and touchable, so exfoliation is a must. Fortunately, there are some great tools that make the job of removing calluses much easier. I love the Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File.
5. Do a Foot Soak
Soaking your feet is a great way to get that spa experience at home – plus it leaves your feet clean and soft.
Simply fill a basin with warm (not too hot) water and soak your feet for 10 minutes. To make the soak more effective and enjoyable, add some Epsom salt or scented bath salts.
6. Use a Rich Foot Cream
Feet take a lot of abuse during the day, so it’s important to care for them by applying moisturizer regularly. Feet require heavy duty moisture, look for a cream specifically designed for the feet.

Since retiring, I have went to great lengths to take better care of my feet in general. They feel and look SO MUCH BETTER now with the feminization process…
God Bless,

The last time I met with my two lovely girl friends, it was a very warm day. I wore a new sundress, short with open back and shoulders. I just had a pedicure and wore a pair of, not too strappy, flat sandals. One of my friends immediately said “ you have pretty feet”. Well, that comment didn’t make my day, IT MADE MY MONTH! You see, I have big feet, and am always self conscience about them. They are slender , and i had chosen a dark purple nail polish, so i guess it worked. Nice feminine feet are so sensual, my advice is to keep them looking great ( hair free, pedicure, creams, etc) and show them off! Even if they are big!
Feeling good!
I use “Dr Teal’s Moisturize & Soften Foot Cream with Epsom Salt, Shea Butter & Aloe Vera’ on my feet (and elbows and knees ) and it has done a great job of making my feet look and feel great. I’m three-quarters of a century old and my feet look and feel better than they did 50 years ago. And Dr Teal’s Foot Cream is less expensive than most. As I recall, an 8 oz tube is around $5.00 at WalMart.
I get a mani/pedi ever 3 weeks, and get my signature nude color on my toenails. I finally was brave enough to wear sandals in public in guy mode, and nobody has said anything. I also keep my feet hair free, and use foot cream on my feet every night.
I keep them clean, moisturized, and hair free… my toenails are natural gloss… I get pedicures but don’t dare to have color on my toes yet. I wished I was brave enough to walk outside with white nail polish and on my favorite sandals.
