Transgender / Crossdresser Cleavage: How to Get Feminine MTF Cleavage

Sometimes a girl just wants to show off – and what better way to do so than with fabulous, feminine cleavage?

In this post, I share the most popular cleavage creation techniques for transgender women and crossdressers.

I also provide step-by-step instructions and video tutorials to help you get sexy MTF cleavage – even if you are thin or have a flat chest. Enjoy!

MTF Cleavage Method #1: Tape

Using body tape (or boob tape as it’s also called) is a popular and highly effective way to create cleavage. 

The downside is that it can be a bit tricky to master. It can also be painful if you use the wrong kind of tape. I do NOT recommend using duct tape! Instead, look for a body tape specifically designed to be used in the breast area.

MTF Cleavage Method #2: The Diva Cleavage Creator

The Diva Cleavage Creator is a unique, patent pending garment designed to be worn under your usual bra and breast forms. It pushes the chest tissue together to create cleavage without using any adhesives at all. 

The Diva has the benefit of being both comfortable to wear and easy to use. What’s not to love about that?

MTF Cleavage Method #3: The Nubra

Finally, we arrive at the Nubra – my favorite cleavage creator. This item is easy to use and will provide you with lovely, realistic-looking cleavage.

The Nubra  is a backless, strapless “stick-on” bra that adheres directly to the breasts. The cups are attached separately and then clasped, pulling the breasts together to create cleavage.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to using the Nubra:

1. Prep your chest

The Nubra requires a clean, smooth surface to adhere to. Shave your chest the night before if needed and wash with soap and water immediately before applying the Nubra. 

2. Attach the bra cups

Unclasp the Nubra so the cups are separated. Take one cup and flip it so the adhesive side is sticking out. Smooth it down over one breast and repeat on the other side, making sure to position both cups equally. The further the cups are from each other, the more cleavage you’ll be able to create. 

3. Connect the clasps

Bending over slightly, pull your breasts together and clasp the bra in the middle. Press down on the Nubra for several seconds to secure the adhesion.

4. Put on your push-up bra and breast forms

The Nubra should be worn under a push-up bra and breast forms or push up pads. Position the breast forms or pads in the outside corners of your bra and tighten the bra straps for extra lift and cleavage.

And voila! Now you’ve got cleavage that would make any girl jealous.
