It’s amazing how much our names shape our identities. Some names feel like a perfect fit from the start, while others never quite resonate with us.
However, crossdressers and transgender women have the unique opportunity to choose their own feminine names.
Every great MTF name has a story behind it, and I’d love to hear YOURS.
How did you choose your feminine name?
Please tell us your story in the comments below, and if you can, share a photo too. It’s always lovely to put a face to a name!
Love,
Lucille

Although I have always been fond of the name Jessica, I chose Joan because that is the name my parents would have given me had I been born a girl.
I chose Cookie Lynn Baker, something I thought was cute, I had been thinking about it and a date asked me what my femme name was and I just said “Cookie” and I thought it fit. The “Baker” part was tongue in cheek-get it-cookie baker?
I like full female body
I picked Rachel partly for the strength of women named Rachel in the Torah, but I also for many TV characters of the same name. It just fits me in so many ways that I can’t imagine using another name.
My name was picked by my parents. After two boys and one girl, my mom was hoping for another girl and had already picked the name. I would have loved to have been the birth-daughter she wanted but absolutely love that I can bear the name that she chose for me.
I took the name Julie because of Julie Newmar whom Ive worshiped from the age of 5. She is so sexy and feminine as I always wanted to be. Maybe next life.
