Is there a difference between a crossdresser who wears women’s clothes but makes no attempt to hid his gender. Meaning, the individual is without a doubt, a guy in women’s clothes. Then there are the crossdressers that to the casual observer, are just another woman out and about. Would this just be a personal preference or does it say something more about the individual. I was just wondering.
Any vacation destination, resorts or cruises for cross dressers?
It doesn’t look like she’s still keeping this going, but she is still in the cruise business.
I can’t find a link right now, but I saw another cruise planned when things get back to being out. I think it was specifically for CDs and their wives (it was something fairly strict, and I didn’t meet the requirements).
And, there are a number of conferences and gatherings across the US – some more educational, some more social. And, you can always get out and explore the city when you are there.
I know there are many more out there, but it sometimes takes a bit of searching. Sometimes visiting the websites of the above listings will have a list of other suggested events.
would you like to swop links we are a long established transgender specialist here in the UK I can t believe you haven t heard f us we are fantasygirl.co.uk and fantasyshopping.co.uk run by transgended people with the only transgender walk in store in England est 1995 Hell we even inspired the hity musical and film kinky boots
Looking for a CD friendly club or meet up for first timers
An amazing list all in one place……thank you so much!!!
SCC is no longer in Atlanta, it was in Florida the last time it was held, and I think it’s no longer even happening. It was cancelled in 2020 (nothing to do with COVID) and I’m afraid it’s gone.
Do you have any resources for makeovers for cd/trans any place close to fort myers florida
I suspect that there is a Sephora or MAC near you. Both are very good with the LGBTQ+ community. Sephora even has classes designed for trans women. It’s a national class, but not all stores are able to teach the material, but they are all helpful with makeovers and assistance.
Do you have a list of stores that “FRIENDLY” to men coming in for help?
I’ve been to Lane Bryant a number of times. Though I am usually en femme, they certainly treat me like any other lady (and I’m under no delusion that they don’t know I’m trans). They are also very LGBTQ+ friendly. Usually have stuff around Pride time, both in terms of products but also publicity and info for the general public.
That being said, I think you will find just about any store that you go to with an honest interest in getting help in getting the needed items for your own transformation are going to help. It might vary a bit by the individual sales person, but it is us that usually makes up the thoughts of what is going to happen. They are there to help all customers find what they want.
And, if you are thinking of makeup – both Sephora and MAC are _VERY_ helpful. I know Sephora even has classes at some locations specifically designed for trans women. Both do makeovers and training – from wherever you are starting to wherever you want to go.
I’ve built great relationships with three different Torrid stores here in San Antonio. They’re very LGBT friendly.
