This was on a 90 mile drive to take care of my dad’s house while he was in a medical facility. Luckily I have a daughter and some friends who know and accept Melissa!
This was on a 90 mile drive to visit and take care of my dad’s house while he was in a medical facility. I’ve been single for many years but thankfully one of my daughters and a few friends know and except the real me 🙂 it’s always great when Melissa can get out for a long drive. She often gets many stares and smiles
I’m an older woman. Unable to live as Lisa 24/7 but I do get to spend quite a bit of time living as the woman I was supposed to be.
After years of living with one foot in each gender, I decided 2020 would be my year to finally move forward. The clarity represented by 20/20 was not lost on me.
I can honestly say I have never looked back. I feel a sense of freedom and truth that has been missing. Its not easy, but its right for me! Sending support to all my sisters and brothers who are brave enough to transition in todays world.
Dear Femme Secrets Community:
Lucille has put out a clarion call to her community that as many of us are now stuck at home, because of the COVID-19 crisis, we should get together virtually. Lucille has requested that we SHOW our favorite femme photos and TELL a bit about ourselves.
I think I can speak for all of Lucille’s girls that we love her and what she has done for us and I will heed her request. I have taken some of my prior posts and photos and added somethings and photos to introduce myself to the community.
I enjoy attracting positive attention when presenting myself as a woman. I love the freedom of expressing my femininity to the fullest extent possible. If I attract attention, so be it. There is nothing more satisfying than women telling me they wish they had my legs, or that they want me to do their nails like I do mine.
Over the course of a couple of years, I shaped my eyebrows into a very feminine arch. I think because the change was gradual, my friends, family, and associates, did not notice or comment on the change. When I meet new people, especially women, they notice. I have polished my toes with various colors for years. Last year I began polishing my finger nails with clear nail polish, and sometimes with a clear sparkle nail polish. I have only received positive comments. I also wear mascara on most days. It is noticeable, if you are looking for it, but not so much as to be obvious. My ears are pierced and I wear earrings all the time except at work. Everyone at work knows I have pierced ears, as it is obvious. The women in the office have encouraged me to wear my earrings at work. I have slowly moved in the direction of becoming more feminine. Each change has become a permanent part of me and has been accepted by those around me.
RuPaul has said; “We’re all born naked and the rest is drag.” We need to get to a point where we should not care about what clothes people are wearing or are not wearing. I person is who they are on the inside and should not be defined or judged by their outer coverings. Be proud of who you are!!!
Love,
Nikki
