Are you someone who doesn’t fit traditional gender norms?
Whether you’re a crossdresser, transgender woman, or embrace a different gender identity, it’s clear that society still has a lot to learn about gender non-conforming people.
Do you agree?
If so, let’s shed some light!
What do you wish people understood about you?
Whether it’s the people closest to you or the world at large, what message would you like to share?
The more voices and perspectives out there, the more others will hopefully begin to understand.
I’d love to hear from you, so please share in the comments below!
Love,
Lucille
I dream of the day when we can wear what we like and present however we like whenever we feel like it, without being judged on our worth as a human being, a parent, a colleague or boss…
i wish guys and gurls would realize, that i am not just about sex. sure sex is great but, i, for one, am much more,, than the sexual aspect of being feminie.
I wish people would understand this isn’t some phase and honor my choice.
Lucille i think every body must live their life to its fullist irrespective of wat people say or think One must be the person you want to be for only then you discover real inner peace and only then you can move on.Nobody of us are perfect but we must learn from our mistakes and really reach out to your dreams wat ever they are. I dont concentrate on wat people want from me i give my hart and attetion and in this way people aceppt you for who you are.One must not be pretensios but rather geniun O yes i want to find out that if i buy the flat to femme program will i be able to download it on my cell phone God bless and happy festive season for you and your familie and to all the transgender community in your country regards marius
I just wish people would ask if they don’t understand, instead of harbouring distorted opinions and thoughts……OK rant over
I wish people would understand that I am the same person as I was before they found out I was transgender. After people discovered who I really am, they treat me like I have a contagious disease. People loved who I was before hand, now they think I’m a freak. Not all feel that way, but the majority does. I’m still the fun loving, care free person I was before they found out. What changed? I just don’t understand.
I wish people would realise we are just normal people and not all of us transgender are gay ,its not a mental illness and we were born this way
I totally agree…
Antonio, may I suggest that we not fret if folks think we are gay. . . My desire is for people to accept me for exactly what and who I am. . . If I want to appear a little more feminine, I would like for my friends and family to quietly accept me as I look and act. . . If I want to appear a little more swishy and gay, I would like to be accepted for exactly who and what I’m reflecting . . . I prefer not having to conform to other’s standards. . . Just my thoughts . .

The only thing people need to realize is that we are just normal people. We’re not pedophiles or perverts of some type, just people, being ourselves. If they have issues with that it’s their issue not ours leave us be we won’t bother you.
