Do you go out in public as a woman?
If the answer is no, you’re not alone. Nearly 75% of my readers rarely or never leave the house en femme.
While going out en femme can be exciting and empowering, it’s not the only way to express your feminine side as a crossdresser or transgender woman.
Whether you choose to go out or keep it private, both options are valid!
This is an important topic, and I’d love to know what you think.
Where do YOU present yourself as a woman?
- Strictly in the privacy of your own home?
- At select places – like nightclubs, meetups, or conferences?
- Anywhere and everywhere as a full time woman?

I don’t think I will ever present a girl side of myself in public. I do love the girl side of somethings though. I love shaving my legs and pubic area. In the summer, it feels so good to be hairless. I used to wear panties and a bra but my wife is very adamant that I be a man so I don’t wear those. I am over six feet tall and weigh 275 pounds and wear a size 15 shoe. So, going out as a female isn’t going to happen. Hopefully, I will get to wear the bra and panties again. I have developed some breasts that will fit a 48 A bra. Anyway, thanks for letting an old man ramble.
Going out enfemme to the Blur bar tonight
I love to get dressed up and really and feel like a woman, I am still basically in the closet but have been out a few times now.
I have used many of your suggestions and they really work. All the cross dressers that you haved helped out over the years I’m sure are as pleased as me.

I know how it feels about the closet part. I have been working on that myself as well. I drive truck for a living, so you can see where it gets hard for me. I am doing it a little at a time, But you have to start somewhere, Right?? I do love it when I am en femme!! Especially when I am en femme in my cowgirl outfit!
Thanks for all the great tips, I’ve been dressing since I was 7 years old. Still in the closet at 61, and am more comfortable with my feminine self. I don’t think I will ever be passable, but enjoy my dress up time
I must agree with Jill. From that picture you’re more than passable.
Kathleen
I think you are selling yourself short. From your picture you are more passable than you give yourself credit. At 61 you are wearing age appropriate hair, makeup, dress and accessories which goes along way in passing in public….and of course confidence.
I sometimes dress at home with my wife when we are alone. We quite often take cottage holidays and I dress en femme all the time. Also if we go out remote walking I will dress. Walked down a street once on my own when on holiday, felt great but scarey.
Holiday coming up soon, can’t wait.

Very lovely presentation.

I am a TG woman and have been in transition for about 6 months. I started with Louise’s FTF program but am now on hormone supplements under care of a GP doctor and an endocrynologist. I am a little older than most TGs and so being under the care of TG friendly doctors is important to and for me. I try to be en femme all the time except when I work, because I have not come out there yet, under advice of my therapist. I value Louise’s help because she gave me the confidence to begin and continue. I always look to her for helpful things. I used her “Flat to Fem” program at the beginning, and altho I am no longer on that program, I consider it a back-up for me. I also have used her other progrms, including voice and hypnosis. I am really looking foreward to her updated hypnosis program. If it is that much better than the original, WOW. I have changed my email address to my feminine personality now, as that is what and who I am. Picture may come later.
Thank You
Stephanie
I have always been En Femme while at home, but recently I have enjoyed several make over sessions at a really cool place called Vanity’s in Houston.
