When I first started dressing I used to play Emotions by Mariah Carey loudly in my Walkman and move around the room to the rhythm of the songs preferably in heels and a pencil skirt, and I found it really got me into a feminine frame of mind. It’s a really good tip and it works, Lucille. As usual, you know what you’re talking about!love, Lesleyxx.
For me it just has to be the ultimate girlie girl, Doris Day singing the ultimate girlie song: “I Enjoy Being a Girl”.
Hugs, Bev.
Hello I’m a 27 year old m2f transwoman, I just came outta the closet, and I’m loving it. Any Tips for me Anyone?
Way to go girl! I am CD and have been out for two years. I hate to ‘judge’, but here I go with the tips. 1. Head up! Shoulders back! Be proud! – Lucille will tell you the same thing. 2. Quit smoking! Bad for the lungs, but also bad for the complexion. 3. Get a better wig or comb it out different. It shows as a wig at your forehead. There are many wig companies out there and some of them are decent priced and look really good. Lace front are more expensive, but look so real.
I’m so jealous for you. I would have loved to have been trans at your age. I had to wait til much later to be me (part-time).
Great smile. Keep it up. Love and luck to you.
Hi Lucille. You’re very right. I often play music from female singers, like Amy Mc Donalds, Ilse de Lange(dutch), Cindy Lauper. It brings my mind even more in a feminine mood. Although I must say that thinking as being a woman is very important for me and off course the daily massage of my little girls, works perfect.
But than waking up in the morning and looking in the mirror and say hello to this lovely lady, is for me the best start of the day.
Sweet greetings, Henriette.
Lucille, Love it so very much and will listen often. Thank you, Billie
