I am working on enhancing my booty in gym . It’s part of an overall fitness and weight loss training that I am doing . I also do Pilates which work on that area . There are YouTube videos on to enhance your booty through exercise .
I have been wearing padded panties from Classic Curves for many years now. Espy is wonderful and so supportive. I have several pairs and wear them all day, every day. They look great under everything, including skirts, dresses and stretch jeans. 1 – slipping a little foam padding into back pockets helps.

I like several of the comments mentioned and the advice on the choice of clothes styles. I agree the sweet heart seam on jeans can enhance the visual lift of your bottom. I don’t care for pads but that’s just my opinion, I do use breast forms. I prefer to eat right, work out , and exercise to achieve results. Loving all the advise to help me on this journey.

Pads can add that need curve, butt I’m a nudist, and want what I used to have. I had been mistaken for a girl many times when I was a lot younger with out even trying, I had the perrrfect bubble butt, skinny waistand long curly hair down past my waist, dam I wanna be young again, but there is an exersise you can do to make it so! It involves a pole and a chair. holding on to the pole, place your feet at the edge of seat then use your legs to raise yourself up, not using your arms
