What’s more feminine than a sexy hourglass shape?
The good news is that sculpting your waistline as a crossdresser or trans woman does NOT have to mean spending endless hours at the gym or squeezing into uncomfortable corsets.
In this blog post, I’ll share 3 simple workouts that will help you achieve a sleeker waist and that coveted hourglass silhouette.
These routines are perfect for any MTF individual seeking a more feminine physique. Best of all, these feminizing workout routines take only about 5 minutes each!

I am going to try out all 3 exercises and thank you very much for all you do to for us !!! Keep up the good work !!
Lucille, thank you so much for that little extra push that I have needed. I truly enjoy these workouts and could feel the target areas immediately!! You always know what we need!!!!
I do exercises regularly to keep me fit and fem. I do similar exercises as you have posted for my waist and overall body. I do have a separate set of exercises that I do for my butt to keep it fem and womanly. I also do my martial arts, Goju Ryu karate, which is good stretching. On my 5’8″ high frame I keep my weight at about 130. I have been down to 125 and if I get up to 135 I start exercising more and watching my diet. It is very important for me to stay womanly. To be honest I am not able to get an hourglass shape through exercise and to do that I have to use a waist cincher or tight restricting corset. I do use a corset or waist cincher under my LBD if my Husband takes me out for an evening. With the aid of some hip pads under my elastane shaper panty (similar to a panty girdle) I do appear to have somewhat of an hourglass shape of a woman. I do pass as a woman because I have been doing this most of my life and have much practice and experience.
Thank you xoxo
I recently lost 35 lbs down to 156 in 2 months by limiting simple (and eating complex) carbs and cutting out processed sugars. For exercise, I changed what I did daily with 30 min elliptical or high-intensity interval running, along with a variety of 10-min Rebecca-Louise workouts from YouTube. The key is changing it up to keep your body from getting comfortable and eating “super clean” for the last 10 lbs. Now I’m keeping it off with less effort.
The photo comes from the first shoot I’ve done without using a waist trimmer.
Best wishes to all the girls trying to lose a few!
Jaime
Wow Jaime. you look so femme and fabulous. I’m 5’8″ and 152 lbs. I want to lose about 12 to 15 lbs and with diet and some hard work (shaping exercises) I hope to look as good as you.
Luv,
Teddi
Jaime, you look wonderful!

Thank you for the kind words, Robyn! Hugs! Lucille
I was 250 lbs, now down to 160 did it with my
two Q rule, Quantity & Quality.
Basically, reduce how much i eat, and eat quality food,
not easy, but can be done, light breakfast, good lunch,
light snack for dinner only, worked for me.
Take a nice walk at least once a day, if possible.
Maybe will help someone else.
Good luck to you all.
Great advice! Thanks for sharing, Mary Jane!
Thank you Lucille! You are such a blessing to all of us that dream of being female.
Longing for a slim waistline is motivation to stay off the carbs, or at least minimize them in your diet. An easy, and subtle way to keep your tummy slimmer is actually an old exercise courtesy of “The Terminator” himself. Sitting at your desk…..or even on the toilet, suck in your tummy and hold it tight while holding your breath. Continue for thirty seconds. Repeat throughout the day. YAAY!
Aww, you are a sweetie! Thanks Angie! You look great – and yes, “the stomach vacuum” is an excellent exercise!
Lovely looking and great make up wish you could help me with mine x
Beautiful lady !
You look enviably slim and very, very feminine. Well done
Thank you Juliet! Positive feedback is always encouraged. ;p
