Blonde Ambition
Do blondes really have more fun? While that debate continues, one thing’s for sure: blonde hair is vibrant and attention-grabbing.
However, different tones send different signals:
- Warm Shades (like golden blonde): Radiate warmth, youthfulness, and femininity.
- Cool Shades (like platinum blonde): Project a refined, classic vibe.
Brunette Beauty
Brunettes are often seen as intelligent, sophisticated, and seductive. But did you know the shade of brown matters too?
- Light Brown: Gives off a fun and flirty vibe.
- Dark Brown or Black: Adds an air of mystery and allure.
Radiant Redhead
Red hair is rare, with only 2% of the world’s population flaunting this fiery color.
If you see yourself as spicy, passionate, and sexy, you might just be a redhead at heart!
Elegant Silver
Silver hair tells the world that you are a wise and sophisticated lady.
This can be a gorgeous, feminine hair color, especially when it’s shiny and well taken care of.

I went deep burgundy because it is a differant color depending how the light hits it. There is about five shades of red or when the lights are down it is almost black. The best of two worlds.
I have used all three colors but since I am older I use my grayish wig most often as it makes me look like the woman I should be. But…I do wear and enjoy being blond now and then…makes me feel so much younger.
I’m a natural brunette but at the first signs of greys (and now that I’ve grown my hair) I’ve coloured it and chosen a golden brown, which keeps the basic brunette but adds an extra “feminine” lighter shine.
Now and then, I’ve also experimented with “wash in – wash-out” colours… great fun!
I’ve chosen a wig color that is close to what my hair looked like before getting all the silver, white and grey highlights I now have, which is dark brown with a lot of red highlights. Most likely I wouldn’t pick a solid shade unless I thought I could get away with it appearing as my real hair instead of a wig. I agree the color has a lot to do with skin tone and ethnic background, but when I was little my hair was strawberry blonde. So, that’ll be my next wig, though I have my eye on one that is totally white, all the same color, but looks like real hair that has simply been dyed the same color. When I tried it on, I felt far more comfortable than I did with the dark brown with red highlights wig that I ultimately choose at the shop (since wearing it, I am now accustomed to and like the look at lot). Perhaps I liked the white one better because that’s what I’m used to seeing in the mirror. I took the recommendation of the wig specialist and am glad that I did. My own hair is salt and pepper, as they say and long enough to do a spiky female hairdo with, but it makes it harder to “pass”.
I enjoy being a redhead (actually I am a deep auburn). Most of the women in my family are redheads (there are a few brunettes). I am too dark to be a blonde and too lite to be a full redhead so I compromised. My husband loves having me this hair color says it reflects my fiery nature but lends me an aura of mystery as well. And the fact that it is nearly waist length just makes it more appealing for him. For myself it allows me to be more playful and yet intense in my normal day to day life if you use hair as a judge of your mode of living.
.I love being blonde. For i love the attention i get when i go out. I am also very approachable. It also fits my personality.
I would say being a normal every day crossdresser with 11 wigs, when I can’t make up my mind, I choose. the Dirty Blonde wig with highlights. It sits on my shoulders nicely, I love the fit, the look. When I want to accessorize I turn to my 2nd favorite; red wig with black highlights. Its fun, intriguing and I feel sexy in it…
Love your emails Lucille. – Jeannie…
I am a decided red head. My girlfriend wanted me as a blonde, I got some blonde highlites for my very dark hair, and I got red!
So I “decided” to saty that way!
she loves it now too.
