Halloween is the one day of the year that you get to be whoever or whatever you want.
For crossdressers and transgender women, it’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase your feminine side to the world, even if you usually keep it private.

Ready to go out and have fun 😉
I played my violin with a local orchestra for it’s Halloween concert a couple of days before Halloween. Nobody recognized me until I sat in my chair. The conductor was flabbergasted and had absolutely no idea who I was until I spoke to him (I didn’t use my en femme voice, as I could see he was puzzled and a tad bit disconcerted as to who I was). Afterwards, more than one woman in the orchestra told me that I looked great, and one said, “I hate to tell you this, but I just have let you know that you make great looking woman, and I apologize for insulting you and saying you look like a woman.” That made me laugh, and I assured her that I took it as a compliment. 🙂
My two twenty-something sons came to the concert. The older one jokingly said to me, “Halloween is when you’re supposed to wear something that you usually don’t wear.” It was the first time the younger son had seen me in full en femme mode. I look somewhat tired in the photo and was. It was only intermission but the music was exhausting. After the concert, I went out for food and drinks with several orchestra members. The whole evening was absolutely splendid and I had a really great time!
Halloween proper was spent at a friend’s house where I mugged it up for the camera. It was a rather sedate evening compared to the night of the concert. My friend and I are about the same size so we can share some of our clothes. When she asked if she could borrow my black, Fluevog Munster high heels, her husband just rolled his eyes!
Hey everyone,
Unfortunately I didn’t get to celebrate Halloween this year, but I thought I’d include a couple of pics anyway, lol. 🙂
