You’ve put a lot of effort into perfecting your feminine image – from outfits and makeup to practicing your voice and body movements.
But today, let’s pause the improvement talk and take a moment to appreciate the progress you’ve already made. Because, seriously, you’re amazing!
What’s your proudest accomplishment on your MTF journey so far?
It could be a major milestone like starting hormone therapy, coming out to a friend, or going out in public as a woman for the first time.
Or it could be a smaller victory, like buying your first lipstick or choosing your feminine name.
Even if you’re just starting out, there’s a lot to celebrate. Acknowledging your true self is a significant step forward!
So let’s hear it! What is your greatest transgender or crossdressing achievement?
Please share your story with us in the comments below!

So many comments! Although i have not progressed to the point where i am fully transitioning and important achievement for me is knowing that i do love the feminine me and more and more i seek to pursue my feminization. In my daily mantra of affirmation i commit to presenting myself in an increasingly feminine fashion, wearing women’s clothes, reading women’s literature, shopping for outfits openly, and simply embracing my feminine self. Last month i stopped for a bite to eat wearing women’s slacks. shoes, a bra and blouse, and makeup and the woman serving me came to me at the end of the meal and simply said she wanted me to know that i looked marvelous. Wonderful.
Hello, Lucille.
My greatest crossdressing achievement is the day I first stepped out in public as a woman. I did my hair and makeup, put on my best dress, which is my black Love J hi-front low-back sundress, and wore my 3″ stiletto pumps. It was just a little basic walk around my apartment complex, but I did catch the eye of a couple of people who were sitting outside or just walking around. No one said anything, or made any rude comments, which made me feel much better about crossdressing in public. I’ve also started wearing makeup to work, and I’ve had people tell me that I look really good or even passing as a woman to others, which is definitely a confidence boost for me. I’ve been practicing a lot on my feminine behaviors, learning to walk properly in high heels, maintain a feminine posture, training my feminine voice, and improving my communication skills. I hope that one day I can fully step out in public completely dressed like a woman and feeling like the beautiful, confident female I know I was born to be. Much love and thanks to Lucille, for helping me to discover my inner woman, and much luck to all of you taking your inner woman to the next level. Blessed Be.
My most recent picture, wearing the new dress I bought just 2 weeks ago.
Being at peace with my self and letting go of self-conscious control no matter the decoration of hair, clothes jewelry and makeup has let the soul of my femininity shine. This web site, blog and services encourages me. Thank you.
My greatest achievement after 52 yrs of putting out the image everyone else wanted was to begin therapy in Feb ’07, complete change of name on documents, living totally female in Mar ’07, started HRT in July of ’07. Hardest part is trying to save the money for GRS. Hopefully someday it will happen in the meantime I live totally female.
Thanks for all you do I am so happy to have you as a teacher you have given me the strength and courage to let a close male friend know that I want to be intimate with him.
