Nothing is more attractive than a great pair of legs… And that means you’re in luck since most crossdressers and transgender women have gorgeous, defined legs. (I’m jealous!)
How can you make your legs your BEST feminine asset?
Keep reading to discover 3 ways to make your legs look (even more) amazing.
1. Add Some Color
Smooth, tanned legs are SEXY legs. But what if you have pale legs marred with scars, bruises, or visible veins?
Pantyhose are one option. The other option is to add color and cover imperfections with a tan (either a real tan or a spray tan) or leg makeup.
I’m a big fan of Sally Hansen Salon Airbrush Legs. It’s like sexy spray-on pantyhose that gives you perfect legs. Look for it at your local drugstore.
2. Show Off Your Legs In Sexy Shoes
The right shoes can take your legs from good to great. Anything goes as long as you keep these two tips in mind:
- Go high, but not TOO high. High heels make your legs look sexy and feminine, but be careful not to go too high if you have very defined legs. The higher the heel, the more your calf muscles contract. This can make your legs look overly muscular and masculine.
- Choose a rounded toe. Square toe shoes make legs look stumpy, while pointy toes add unwanted inches to the feet. Round toe shoes will give you the long-leg/dainty-foot look you’re going for.
3. Choose The Right Skirt Length
When it comes to showing off your legs in a skirt, shorter is NOT always better. Here are 3 tips for choosing the right skirt length:
- Try the finger length test: Stand up straight and put your arms to your side. If your fingertips fall past the hem of your skirt, it’s too short.
- You should also avoid skirts that are too long. Calf length skirts tend to look dowdy – besides, we want to see those gorgeous gams!
- The most flattering skirt lengths are from mid thigh to just above or just below the knee.
Let’s see your lovely legs!
As always, I’d love to hear your thoughts on this topic.

Fear not, a mathematician has the formula for a fool-proof flattering look.
Lily Serna’s equation for the perfect dress, skirt or short hemline is: The length of your body from shoulder tip + heel height divided by 1.618 = your golden number.
HOW TO DO IT
Measure the length of your body from your shoulders to your toes (including heels) = A
Divide A by the Golden Ratio (1.618) = your Golden Number
This result will give your perfect dress length: Measure from your shoulder tip down to your Golden Number
PLUS:
To find your virtual waistline: Measure up to your Golden Number from the floor, including heels. If your virtual waistline is much higher than your real waistline, wear cropped jackets and high waist jeans. If your virtual waistline is lower than your real waistline, try longer tops.
Thanks for all your tips
Much appreciated

This is still my favorite pic I have of myself even though it is about 5 years old. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my legs from both men and women. I prefer to go bare legged as I keep mine shaved and smooth
This is my favorite photo I have of myself even though it’s about 6 years old. I love to show my legs and have gotten many compliments from both men and women on them.
Very good advice, although I have to admit the above ‘don’t’ pic of the short skirt I think is absolutely gorgeous and as you said “show them legs off” Can you raise the lower limit abit to say about where the fingers start on your hand, thats going up just a couple of inches…pleeeease?
XOXO
I think it strongly depends on body shape and also the style of skirt. AndI think the longer picture looks more “hippy chick” than dowdy. Again, depends on the style. Also on what people around you wear. I live in Berlin where designers tend to put shorter skirts with their dresses than in my original home (Australia) so I will wear skirts on dresses I like a little shorter than my preference and not feel awkward. If I had money to burn I’d have everything tailored. I have a very little, short torso in comparison with My body, so I simply don’t like the proportion of a mini in general – I’d rather wear some pretty shorts. I don’t feel “exposed” in a modest mini- I don’t like my body proprtions. But there are exceptions. A shift dress shape can look fabulous with a mini for anyone of any age (a shift shape de-emphasises the waist of course). I have a reproduction of the famous YSL Mondrian dress that Kate Pierson wore on a “Rock Lobster” Video Clip and I love how it looks on me. Also fun to recall anything to do with the B52s!
What do you think
looks great, great legs.
I love wearing pantyhose,I try to blend in
I ike skirt & dresses that hit me @ knee length I feel that for me I have great legs but have some vein issue. so because I am 60+ I tend to be old fashion. As for short skirts above the knees are great for the younger Trans & cross dressers they don’t wear nylons. I do wear pantyhose & I have tried those sprays, got messy really wet & would not dry.. ( I believe I used excess amount). I groom my legs (no hair) & I love shaving my legs. As for spiked or 5 inch heels are too high & I look like I’m drunk love kitten heels.
I wish I had smooth legs
