Nothing is more attractive than a great pair of legs… And that means you’re in luck since most crossdressers and transgender women have gorgeous, defined legs. (I’m jealous!)
How can you make your legs your BEST feminine asset?
Keep reading to discover 3 ways to make your legs look (even more) amazing.
1. Add Some Color
Smooth, tanned legs are SEXY legs. But what if you have pale legs marred with scars, bruises, or visible veins?
Pantyhose are one option. The other option is to add color and cover imperfections with a tan (either a real tan or a spray tan) or leg makeup.
I’m a big fan of Sally Hansen Salon Airbrush Legs. It’s like sexy spray-on pantyhose that gives you perfect legs. Look for it at your local drugstore.
2. Show Off Your Legs In Sexy Shoes
The right shoes can take your legs from good to great. Anything goes as long as you keep these two tips in mind:
- Go high, but not TOO high. High heels make your legs look sexy and feminine, but be careful not to go too high if you have very defined legs. The higher the heel, the more your calf muscles contract. This can make your legs look overly muscular and masculine.
- Choose a rounded toe. Square toe shoes make legs look stumpy, while pointy toes add unwanted inches to the feet. Round toe shoes will give you the long-leg/dainty-foot look you’re going for.
3. Choose The Right Skirt Length
When it comes to showing off your legs in a skirt, shorter is NOT always better. Here are 3 tips for choosing the right skirt length:
- Try the finger length test: Stand up straight and put your arms to your side. If your fingertips fall past the hem of your skirt, it’s too short.
- You should also avoid skirts that are too long. Calf length skirts tend to look dowdy – besides, we want to see those gorgeous gams!
- The most flattering skirt lengths are from mid thigh to just above or just below the knee.
Let’s see your lovely legs!
As always, I’d love to hear your thoughts on this topic.

My advice would be avoid spray tan at all costs. It never goes on evenly and looks really fake. Only a professional can apply it so it looks right, and even then it usually looks fake. If you want the tanned leg look, get a proper tan (using mild sun screen) or wear pantyhose. There’s noting wrong with bare legs that aren’t tan. I do it all the time when it’s warm enough to go without tights or leggings.
Avital, don’t worry about muscular legs. GG’s have muscular legs too. Be confident and don’t worry about it.
I have used SH Airbrush Legs. It really does an awesome job. Be careful not to use too much, and to give it proper drying time as it can transfer to your clothes. When I’m in out, it’s almost always in mainstream public, trying to blend in. The finger length test works well for those situations.
But for T friendly parties and photos, it’s fun to get a little attention, as in my photo (a barely street legal LBD)
Exactly, girls! It’s all about the occasion. If you have an opportunity to flaunt those legs in super short minis, DO IT! 🙂
You have really great legs….. Mine are very much the same..:)
I too try to wear nice skirts and at the length that Lucille wrote, but do wear other items at my T friends parties or meetings
Great advice girl.I love great legs and I really take care of mine.
Shaving helps.Lotions help.Loving them and using coconut oil helps also.
Men compliment me on my soft legs, and women also.

Hi Lucille
Thanks for the post as always.
Do you have any advice for losing muscle mass on your legs?
I always feel i need to keep my legs covered with pantihose because they are a bit muscular… which, like you said, becomes a challenge in summer.
Anyway, thanks for the great post.
Avital
Avital Kay, your legs are absolutely gorgeous. Keep ’em looking so good!
Thanks Jerri, you made my day 😉
xx
Hi Lucille –
Goodness Avital, there is nothing at all wrong with your legs. Lots of genetic girls are athletic these days and have strong legs. Yours look lovely.
Hugs,
Jerri Lynn
For me because I work in law, I only ever wear skirts which fall below the knee and wear 3″ heels (max). When I am not at work I either wear long skirts or skirts which fall below the knee! For me any skirt above the knee or is short looks tartish! – I am not into that!
Ok yes I am 5’12 do have good legs, but I won’t wear any skirt above the knee
Ok I agree to some of your points but all of them! In my opinon you don’t need to wear short skirts to have or show off “great” legs!
I guess I have always been lucky in that most of my height is in my legs and especially so in that I have never had to shave them.
Thanks for the tips for leg makeup. My legs are always getting nicks and cuts as I work in my rural home. At least there getting tanned. 🙂 I hate wearing pants.
I agree with Tasi. As an older person I actually like that longer skirt, preferably a-line, for the illusion of a bigger waist, and just below the knee or slightly more. It’s retro fashion which I see on some younger and mostly older more conservative dressing women.
My winter skirts are long and I wear legging underneath. But now that warmer weather is here I’m wearing my shorter skirts with no legging most days.
I think there is something very sexy about not showing to much skin. Anything shorter and I’m sending signals I don’t want to. I’m in my mid fifties so I think I’m dressing more my age range.
Lucille,
Here’s my additions to your leg gallery one shot in heels and one in flats. Thank goodness I have little to no hair on my legs, about all I need to do is make sure I have lotion on them. I’ve also been told in drab mode that I have great legs.
