Stepping out into the word as your female self can be incredibly empowering. It’s powerful validation for crossdressers and transgender women alike.
In this blog post, I want to dive into this topic and hear about your own experiences. How often do you present yourself as a woman in public?
Do you live as a woman full time? Do you crossdress regularly or on occasion? Or is the answer, sadly, “never”?
Please take my transgender / crossdressing survey and share your thoughts in the comments below!

My wife is tolerant of my CD urges and allows me to clean house dressed as a maid. I do daily upkeep such as keeping things picked up and the kitchen under control in male mode. But for longer, deeper cleaning times I schedule a time with her where I can be “Stephanie” and really get into the role.
For short tasks like ironing, I put on a nightie and panties, usually no wig or make-up and do her clothes and hang them up for her. She seems amused by this.
I’m not allowed to sleep in the nightie unless she says it’s o.k.
BTW, I have taken over 100% of the housework, and keep everything running smoothly. Laundry, Ironing, Floors, Toilets, Counters, Kitchen, showers, windows (yes that too), vacuuming and dusting, and more. All in addition to typical male tasks like trash, hanging pictures, fixing things, and car care. I don’t wash the car in female mode though…that would scare the neighbors!
I do venture out enfemme once in awhile, but only when my wife is not in town for her girl trips etc. Sometimes I go out of town on a business trip and I’ll bring along some clothes and my kit of feminine ware. I’ll dress up and go out for a walk downtown, or in a park.
I am 88 in December and full time transgender woman. I should have transitioned about 40 years ago, but regretfully waited until I was in my seventies.
I love being a woman

WHEEEEEEEE!!!
I’m a casual dress kind of girl. I usually wear women’s jeans and tees. I have 40c breasts. So, it’s pretty obvious that I’m getting my girl shape. It doesn’t matter what I’m wearing, the boys see that I’m a girl.
I am a trans woman. I go everywhere as a woman. I go grocery shopping, clothes shopping, to dialysis, drs appointments. You name it Sarah has been there. I dont like useing my given name, I prefer my chosen name. I uses my given name only for legal perposes. When I meet new people I use my chosen name, they use it also. And hopefully by the end of next year I will be able to start my transitional surgeries. Thats where I stand today. Sarrah Anne.
I dress about every day and only go out late at night when no one is up and out to see me! I love dressing as the woman I know and feel in me! I just ant ready to go out in the day time!
IM a full time trans-woman, enjoy it a lot, it was what i was meant to be. I THANK YOU for the Mp3, anything to help me femme, thats great. im always a woman , but now i’m living that dream. dont have any regrets other then i should have done it several years ago.
