Expressing your feminine side is about much more than just clothes and makeup. After all, women are a little more complex than that!
That’s why I wanted to go beyond the obvious and explore some unexpected strategies to help you enhance your feminine expression.
In this blog post for crossdressers and transgender women, I share 3 unexpected ways to be more feminine. Read on to learn more!
1. Buy a New Perfume
The right perfume can make you feel irresistibly feminine. While it’s great to have a signature scent, sometimes it helps to switch things up and discover new perfumes to bring out your inner woman.
Here are some suggestions to match your desired vibe:
- Floral scents: Embrace your soft, romantic side with the allure of flowers.
- Fresh or fruity scents: Boost your confidence and energy levels with invigorating notes.
- Woody or oriental scents: Unleash your inner seductress with warm, captivating fragrances.

2. Be More Polite
Did you know that politeness plays a significant role in enhancing your feminine image?
Countless studies have shown that women tend to excel in the realm of manners, and adopting these social graces can truly elevate your femininity.
Here are three suggestions to keep in mind:
- Embrace the power of “please” and “thank you” – These little words hold huge power in conveying respect and gratitude. Remember to use them often in your daily interactions.
- Soften your language – For example, instead of bluntly saying “I can’t hear you,” opt for a more gentle approach like, “I’m sorry, I can’t quite hear you.” This subtle shift demonstrates empathy and consideration.
- Mind your online presence – Politeness shouldn’t be limited to face-to-face encounters. It’s equally important to be polite when texting, emailing, or engaging in online discussions.
3. Loosen Up
If you’re looking for an instant way to enhance your feminine image, here’s a simple secret: loosen up! This applies to both your body and your mind, and it can work wonders in unleashing your true feminine grace.
First, let’s focus on loosening up your body:
Women naturally possess a graceful, limber quality. If your body feels tense and tight, it can manifest in stiff, jerky movements that lack femininity. Here’s how you can loosen up:
- Consciously relax your body, especially your jaw and shoulders.
- Stretch your muscles on a daily basis.
- Take lots of deep, relaxing breaths.
These simple body-loosening techniques can do more to feminize your movements than all the hip shaking in the world!
Now, let’s shift our focus to loosening up your mind:
The happiest crossdressers and transgender women I know don’t get hung up on “passing” or trying to please everybody. Instead, they embrace who they are while constantly striving to improve themselves.
Life is short, so above all, relax and enjoy the journey!

Wearing panties with a panty liner is the best way to make me feel feminine
It’s a constant reminder that I am as feminine as I can be
Walking or sitting with a panty liner gives me a whole new feeling of femininity
Whether I’m wearing a skirt or shorts or jeans I always wear panties with a panty liner
I just adore sharing myself with anyone who has an interest in my femme path in life. Recently, in honor of my mother, a famous model in the 40’s, I have adopted her name as my own. I wonder why this took me so long to do?
I adore wearing perfume at all times I agree that it adds that extra feminine touch to presenting myself. I wear it with I am in both femme and boy modes of dress.
My absolute favorite is Estee Lauder Modern Muse Le Rouge. I use both the body lotion (this has the added feature of softening my legs and arms) and the perfume spray.
I recommend this highly to all ladies in waiting
To feel more feminine, in other words to feel more like my true self I find that just standing or sitting in a body conscious way does it for me; concentrating on my breath when I walk, flowing, really feeling like I am consciously moving, whether I am sitting walking running , tired, awake, in a rush, I try to do it consciously. Driving, which I hate, I like to sit up straight and pretty I put the seat further back and extend my legs. I hold the wheel a little softer. Taking a shower I treat my body delicately., I like to wash with a loofa. I massage my chest. I try to shave carefully. I pat myself dry. Walking the dog; I hold the leash up a little, like one if those dog show walkers. I take smaller steps. Sometimes when I am alone I take a moment to just stand still and pose myself. Simple things feet together, soft hand shoulders back. Sometimes I straighten a leg or point my toe.
what makes me feel feminine is wearing a floral print chiffon maxi dress with matching bra, panties, and fullslip. not to mention thigh high stocking with lace a pair of pumps also have to be cover in perfume. making all of me feel so good i never want it to end. the thing while dressed like this is when it is colder while try keeping warm you will find that it will make you act more feminine to.
To feel feminine I like wearing pink
I feel my most sexy feminine self is when I have a shower & get rid of my body hair. I then choose what to wear, whether it be sexy lingerie or one of many skirts or dresses. I then apply my makeup, put on my jewellery (earrings, necklaces & rings.) then I get dressed, put on a suitable wig, finish off with one of many, many high heels. Heels make me feel like the complete woman. Oh & I between I fill my bra with my DD false boobs. Spray on my favourite Cartier perfume. Then I’m ready to spend the rest of the night as Danielle.
My favorite way to feel feminine is by walking and sitting in a feminine manner. sometimes toes pointed. Legs closed. Let’s consciously crossed. O also like to carry a bag in my elbow or even the basket in the supermarket. These things just feel nice. It’s just nice to consciously use more gesture doing things.
