Do you go out in public as a woman?
If the answer is no, you’re not alone. Nearly 75% of my readers rarely or never leave the house en femme.
While going out en femme can be exciting and empowering, it’s not the only way to express your feminine side as a crossdresser or transgender woman.
Whether you choose to go out or keep it private, both options are valid!
This is an important topic, and I’d love to know what you think.
Where do YOU present yourself as a woman?
- Strictly in the privacy of your own home?
- At select places – like nightclubs, meetups, or conferences?
- Anywhere and everywhere as a full time woman?

Hello,
I’m a pre-op transsexual in transition. Lucille’s advice has been great for my man and me. There was so much help directing me toward womanhood. Now, on female hormones and having the laser beard removal, it has taken me to another level in feminization I never thought I would achieve. My boyfriend loves every change in me and I can finally see myself as the woman I’ve always dreamed I could be. Being full-time in public as a female has really helped make me realize and embrace femininity. Thanks again, Lucille.
Sincerely,
Nicole
That’s wonderful. So happy to have been of assistance. Thank you for sharing!
I’m pretty closeted, so only alone and online (and that only started last year).
I really want to make it to Be-All in October, and that would be my first TG conference. Only thing keeping me back is that I’m finally graduating college in May and don’t know if I’ll be able to commit in with whatever company I can start my career in. If not this year then definitely at least _a_ conference next year.
thank you, sarah, for complimenting my photo! Congratulations on college graduation…and on beginning your journey early in life! 😉
I go out whenever and where ever I want to. My wife goes with me sometimes and sometime I go by myself or with a girlfriend or two.
i want to b a complete girl. want to live my life as a natural genetic girl. and i also want to be more girly on internet…..
I only dress at home. Live in to small of town, and would not be passable anyway.
My venturing into the fem world was only intended for behind closed doors. At 6’3″ and 300 lbs there is no way imaginable that I could pass. I am however using the information I’ve received from you to get a better understanding of the urges and feelings that have left me unsure. Living in a small town a fair distance from a large city and everyone knows everyone it just wouldn’t work for me. So I guess I’ll have to keep it to myself.
Thanx
Larry
Look around Larry the best advice i ever got was that women come in all shape and sizes. Take a long weekend to any city and remember that you won’t be there again so do what you feel comfortable with. Be who you are there’s alot of help out there. Do your research and enjoy

I have gone out en femme a few times in the past, but I must admit that that was several years ago. I am quite shy and have always had a higher comfort level presenting myself as a woman both online and at home in private. Additionally, how I’m doing in other parts of my life (financial situation, employment status, etc.) tends to have a psychological effect on how I present myself as a woman.
Of course, that’s not to say that I have given up on going out dressed up entirely; there is a makeover service near where I live (literally) that may cater to CD’s (I must contact them to verify this), and I may still dress up during the warmer months and snap a few photos of myself in an outdoor location where there won’t be to many prying eyes.
Oh yeah ,,,I confess for the first time trying on a skirt at home. Was not sexy enough though, so returned it. I seem to be buying all my clothes lately out of the women section – fits allot better. Lots of love to my teacher Lucille. Thank you always for the guidance.
