Do you go out in public as a woman?
If the answer is no, you’re not alone. Nearly 75% of my readers rarely or never leave the house en femme.
While going out en femme can be exciting and empowering, it’s not the only way to express your feminine side as a crossdresser or transgender woman.
Whether you choose to go out or keep it private, both options are valid!
This is an important topic, and I’d love to know what you think.
Where do YOU present yourself as a woman?
- Strictly in the privacy of your own home?
- At select places – like nightclubs, meetups, or conferences?
- Anywhere and everywhere as a full time woman?

I go out dressed just about everywhere, but not as often as I would like to.
Going to church dressed, was was a concern, but I attend a church I had been to a number of times before but in malemode. When I went dressed no one reconized me but the church ladies were much friendlier.
going out dressed opened my eyes as to why women prefer to not to go out alone, and why they have fears of being out by themselves.
Hugs,
Jackie
Do I go out “as” a woman? No, I go out as me, a woman 24/7. It can be hard to take that first step ladies. Just put on a smile, put those shoulders back, and go. A tip what not to do, constantly looking around to see if someone might be reading you. Head high, smile, and eyes forward. Acknowledged those you pass with that smile and a hello. If you haven’t mastered your female voice, just say it softly. The question I am asked the most is other women wanting to know where I bought my shoes. LOL.
Last February, I went out in public as Cynthia for the very first time (I’ve been transforming myself since 2014). I was chaperoned by a male friend of mine who stood by me every step of the way. I can tell you I was dead nervous when he lead me to a crowded terrace on his arm, to have a glass of white wine together. But not more than 10 minutes later, it already felt so natural, that it was a total liberation. We spent a truly fun afternoon shopping and the evening wining and dining. Been out with him as Cynthia 3 times after that. Never felt more feminine than this before and enjoying every minute of it…

Oh, thanks for that sweet comment, darling. It means the world to me.
My wife was holding me back for years, but when she decided to become involved with her girlfriends I went full time.Best decision I ever made living my life as I the woman I am. I know I don’t pass that well but it doesn’t matter and I have never had a negative comment.Only positive ones. Most of you girls look better than I so have the confidence to get out there and live your true lifewill be accepted. If you are friendly and confident you
You will be accepted if you are friendly and confident.
I am woman every day! It took me so many years to feel comfortable, confident and sure of myself as a transsexual woman. It’s nit easy to cross that bridge, ladies…. so don’t feel you’re less than or weak if you struggle with it. I was alpha male all the way… body building, martial arts, muscle cars and the Marines. My role models were Janae Marie Kroc and Sona Avedian. Two beautiful warrior women and flagship examples for ME. It helped me make sense of being a woman. My brother gave me a eye opener. He said “Dude…. you’re never going to be a Barbie doll. You’re a martial artist, body builder, muscle car enthusiast, competitive cyclist, Marine veteran. Why don’t you be a bada.. chick.”. So, I am. I found my “niché”. What works and what fits. I still strive to look as beautiful as I can, and feel great I did! It’s unfortunate that misinformed or uneducated people are raising a stink about transgender athletes, of which I am. So… all you beautiful women out there , be you until you can BE YOU!!
As I live in an apartment complex, where most of my neighbors believe all cross dressers are gay, and as I’m straight I have to make sure, they don’t see me as Veronica, so I rent a motel, and dress there. As I’m not rich, I’ve only been able to go out three times, doing this. But, when I went out those three times, I was very happy. The rest of the time, I dress everyday at home.
Im round im just not always wearing my makeup or wig because im more natural & presenting my femine presence & manner than appearance
