Blonde Ambition
Do blondes really have more fun? While that debate continues, one thing’s for sure: blonde hair is vibrant and attention-grabbing.
However, different tones send different signals:
- Warm Shades (like golden blonde): Radiate warmth, youthfulness, and femininity.
- Cool Shades (like platinum blonde): Project a refined, classic vibe.
Brunette Beauty
Brunettes are often seen as intelligent, sophisticated, and seductive. But did you know the shade of brown matters too?
- Light Brown: Gives off a fun and flirty vibe.
- Dark Brown or Black: Adds an air of mystery and allure.
Radiant Redhead
Red hair is rare, with only 2% of the world’s population flaunting this fiery color.
If you see yourself as spicy, passionate, and sexy, you might just be a redhead at heart!
Elegant Silver
Silver hair tells the world that you are a wise and sophisticated lady.
This can be a gorgeous, feminine hair color, especially when it’s shiny and well taken care of.

Hi,
When younger i had black hair plus with my Scottish background in some lights it would show my colour of red blended in ,
Of cause im now 65 & dont have any hair or wear my wigs, just my head wear of scarves or hat’s, & any way i dont need hair or wigs,
& being accepted the way i am i get better comments on what i wear ,
So it works well for myself. Oh the colours, most of my scarves have pink in them ,

Hi, I’ve pretty much been a redhead for the last few years and I’m loving every minuite of it! I had lots of fun as a blonde but realized that being a redhead lets me live way more adventurous!
Red for me, mainly because I have a particular red wig that is adorable and frames my face very well.
I also had a school friend whose sister, Gwen, had lovely red hair. She was beautiful, intelligent, and sexy, and as a girl I would like to be just like her.
When I was born I had strawberry blonde hair,as I got older it was a golden brown then an auburn color…as I transitioned an allowed my hair to grow out its become blonde…I am liking the blonde it just seems to fit my skin tone 🙂
Like you, Lucille, i’ve experimented with different colors as well as styles. I’ve found that darker shades of blonde tend to go well with my far skin, but I’ve enjoyed being a brunette too.
Thanks for all the wonderful and very helpful advice you give, Lucille. You are a true treasure.

Growing up my hair was the most beautiful shade of red. My natural hair has always been very thick and I kept it ridiculously long (my ponytail was 37″ at it’s longest). Funny though, because while the hair on my head was thick and full, I never really had much body hair! Lucky I suppose. I keep my natural hair cropped very short now as most of it has turned a dusty-white and dull red on top. It’s a shame because it was so pretty when I was younger. Now, I tend to choose red colored wigs. My skin tone is very fair (just like a ginger, eh?!) but recently I’ve been considering bleaching my natural hair (all of it;) and trying out a sandy blonde color with wigs. For me, chestnut or dark brunette colors, which I LOVE, add too much contrast on me and just end up looking fake — just my opinion on what works for me. And as far as any ‘other’ body hair, well I just usually keep that waxed anyway!
I love your blog sweetie! Keep up the great work!
Hugs,
Rachel
I am pretty much a brunette and have always been. The way you wear your hair and your attitude plays another part. That’s why different women in assorted hair colors can still be stunning.
Hi Lynne Amanda.
You’d look good with any color hair but I think you look stunning as a brunette.
