Stepping out into the word as your female self can be incredibly empowering. It’s powerful validation for crossdressers and transgender women alike.
In this blog post, I want to dive into this topic and hear about your own experiences. How often do you present yourself as a woman in public?
Do you live as a woman full time? Do you crossdress regularly or on occasion? Or is the answer, sadly, “never”?
Please take my transgender / crossdressing survey and share your thoughts in the comments below!

I live almost 100% of the time as a women. While I am retired I just took a substitute teacher assignment and found out from my company handbook that I can actually work as a transgender women. What surprised me the most is the acceptance from my co-workers. For the first time in my life I am actually happy to come to work. It did take some courage and willingness to be open with people, but it’s well worth it. By the way I am 71.
Well dear Allie. Your little tale gives a lot of courage for other elder transgenders like me (iam 65). Thank you very much.
I found I had a great experience with a lady that I love and trusted with my life and the way I am made my time out in public so pleasant and stressful free

hi im a male cd also im same as you given up hiding love to meet get to know dress see what devlopes
I’m full time female. Have been for about threes years. Haven’t had any problems with people accepting me even though they know I’m genetically male. I don’t over dress at work due to what I do for a living. But otherwise I’m just me.
Before COVID, I used to go out a lot. I went to places far away from my house and job. I would get read a lot, as I am tall and like to wear short dresses. I like turning heads when I walk into a bar. I also love the feeling of my nylons on my freshly shaved legs. I also love going to the womans restroom, as I realize how much I detest being a man. The worst part was going home and experiencing ” Pumpkin time”, which is like when the clock struck twelve in Cinderella. I long for the end of this pandemic, so I can go out again
I am 63yo and crossdress occasionally, I have been dressing since I was about 4 or 5 years old. I have never gone out in public fully as a woman, although I do occasionally enjoy going out wearing feminine clothing (a blouse etc…) under male garments.
After I’ve driven a short distance away from my home in my car, I remove / discard the male garments and drive while in feminine attire.

My name is Annie and I love going out. I have been dressing since I was 10 and am now 64. I started dressing fully and going out about a year ago and the more often I go out the easier it gets. I’ve found my initial fears were imaginary and not even close to reality. My experiences have all been good.

I love going out to shop or drive. I am trying to develop some friendships closely so I can have friends to dress with. I have found that age and the times have conspired to make my confidence skyrocket. I no longer really care what people think and I find that most places, especially sales people at clothing stores, and waiters and waitresses, just want you to spend money and are more than willing to be nice.
im megan im just now accepting it after dressing since 10 id rather be a woman i want to come out
talk if you want please
