3 Feminizing Foods (Plus 2 to Avoid)

It’s true!

Amazingly, over 300 different foods contain phytoestrogens (plant estrogens). These foods probably won’t feminize you on their own, but they CAN give you an extra boost if you use herbs for breast enlargement or are on hormone therapy.

Here are 3 feminizing foods to incorporate into your diet:

1. Flax seeds

Flax seeds contain more phytoestrogens than any other food, so it’s a great idea to eat them daily. Try sprinkling ground flax seeds on cereal, yogurt, fruit and salads. (Note: They need to be ground so you can digest them and get the phytoestrogenic effect.)

2. Soy

Soy is another high-phytoestrogen food. There are tons of soy foods available, so it’s easy to work them into your diet. Try: tofu, soy beans, soy milk, soy yogurt, soy powder, soy burgers, etc.

3. Fruits and veggies

There are also lots of fruits and vegetables that contain phytoestrogens. High-phytoestrogen fruits include: dried prunes, peaches, raspberries and strawberries. High-phytoestrogen veggies include: alfalfa sprouts, Winter squash, green beans, collard greens, broccoli and cabbage.

Best of all, these foods also encourage weight loss. (Remember: the heavier you are, the harder it is to create a feminine body shape.)

It’s just as important to AVOID anti-feminizing foods. Here are 2 foods that increase testosterone and have a masculinizing effect:

1. Simple carbs

Simple carbs, like sugar or white bread, increase your insulin level. Since increased insulin is related to testosterone production, it’s important not to overeat these foods.

2. High zinc foods

Zinc is another substance that boosts testosterone levels. That means you should avoid high-zinc foods like oysters, beef, pork, turkey, chicken liver, pumpkin seeds if you’re on a feminizing program.

    Pumkin seeds are known to block testosteron as they are anti DHT foods.
    So why are pumpkin seeds reccommended in a feminization program?
    It looks like they work for both feminization and anti feminization.
    What would you say about this?

Lucille I know you have sent me the information on flat2fem and I cant wait to order the program and get started using it to try and get my breasts started on their way to full breasts I’ve longed for all my life I would also love to get started on hormones too as soon as I can find a doctor to prescribe them for me I’ve been longing for femininity all my life I’m not sure how feminine my body already is I do have a start on my hourglass figure I think for years I’ve been trying to reshape my body to the best of my ability with the knowledge I had of it which wasn’t very much 2 years ago while I was taking care of my wife before she got so ill she told me I looked really good in a corset she purchased for me at target she was always telling me how good I looked in the bras & panties she bought me and telling me you are so pretty honey you really should have been a girl I had a very small waist at the time although I never did measure it I easily fit into the corset she bought in fact it was lose around my waist it wasn’t very strong like a real corset more like a very pretty waist cincher with cups it was black with white lace trim and straps I really did love it I felt so feminine wearing it I was so happy taking care of her I got to crossdress almost all the time while I took care of her every need she wrote me little post it notes constantly telling me she loved me we got so close while we spent everyday all day long together I slept crossdressed in fact the only times I really had to change was to get her to appointments when required it was as though we were both the same woman only separated by a thin vale

Lucille I’m so ecstatic from all the information you provide to us it is without a doubt the best thing to ever happen to me I wish I could find a list of all the femming foods as well as the non femming I really am going to have to change the way I eat or at least what I eat because I want to be as feminine as feminine can get I want to be the prettiest woman I am
