The good news? Many diet and exercise programs can help you lose weight and reach your body feminization goals.
The bad news? It can be overwhelming to navigate all the conflicting weight loss advice out there.
That’s why, in this blog post, I share simple, proven principles that work with any diet or exercise program.
Here are 8 essential weight loss tips for a slimmer MTF female figure:
1. Listen Your Body’s Hunger Signals
Most diets try to control what you eat without considering your body’s actual needs.
This is a problem for two reasons:
- If you ignore your hunger and don’t eat when you’re physically hungry, you set yourself up to overeat later.
- If you eat when you’re NOT physically hungry – for example, when you’re bored or eat because it’s “time” to eat – you consume calories that your body doesn’t need.
The solution is simple: eat when you are physically hungry – and stop when your body is satisfied. That’s how naturally thin people eat.

2. Don’t Skip Breakfast
Breakfast is essential for revving up your metabolism for the day. A 2011 study shows that a protein-rich breakfast can reduce cravings and overeating later in the day.
But what if you’re not hungry in the mornings? This is the only slight exception to tip #1: Aim to have a light breakfast or a mid-morning snack.
But don’t wait until lunch to eat. By then, you’ll probably be TOO hungry, which can set you up to overeat.
3. Increase Fiber
Did you know that 95% of Americans don’t get the recommended amount of fiber per day? This can have a big impact on your weight loss and body feminization goals.
Fiber helps with fat loss in several ways:
- It helps balance blood sugar levels and aids digestion.
- It helps you feel full and acts as a natural appetite suppressant.
Tips #3 is to eat more high fiber foods and add a fiber supplement to your diet.
4. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
If you want to lose weight, drink more water. It’s that simple. Water is a natural appetite suppressant, it helps remove waste, and it also increases fat burning.
Be sure to drink a minimum of 6-8 glasses of water per day.
5. Drink Tea
Tea is an awesome ingredient for weight loss! Research shows that tea reduces your appetite and speeds up fat burning.
To get the full fat-burning effect, you must drink black tea, green tea, or white tea. These teas are high in catechins, which can increase metabolism and aid in fat loss.
6. Cut the Secret Sugars
Sugar is one of the worst foods to eat if you want to lose weight. Sugar raises your blood sugar level, which increases insulin. Insulin promotes weight gain and fat storage.
Did you know that most of the sugar you eat does NOT come from candy bars and cookies? Processed foods are loaded with sugars that can secretly make you fat!
Here are the top sources of hidden sugar to watch out for:
- Ketchup
- Salad dressing
- Peanut butter
- Spaghetti sauce
- Hamburger and hot dog buns
- Microwave meals
- Fast food
- Cereal

7. Get Enough Sleep
Studies show that poor sleep or a lack of sleep can decrease the metabolism and increase calorie intake.
If you’re having trouble losing weight, take a look at your sleep habits. Aim for a minimum of 7-8 hours of “beauty sleep” per night.
8. Think Yourself Thin

Hi girls hope everyone is good I need to lose some weight myself I’ve gained too much lately mainly due to inactivity, depression, stress, and my sisters cooking sometimes I think she’s trying to fatten me up but probably not anyway I need to lose about 50lbs 2 years ago I was nice and skinny of course life was rougher then it s still rough just in different ways I want to get nice and skinny again so I can be healthier for one I’m hoping I can sculpt myself a little as I lose when I was skinny I had a good start on an hourglass figure I say start I think my figure is largely due to my dressing throughout the years of my life I had a small waistline and I want it back I need some hips but I guess pads will due until I get some of my own as well as breasts forms will be nice until though I’ve always had to make my own in the past I might actually look pretty good if I can lose this weight already drink plenty of tea no soda for this girl I need to eat healthier I guess never cared too much for salads though but I can eat them more chicken lean steak, fish I think I’ll be better once I’m not stuck here at my sisters with no car all I can do is sit here on the computer or watching TV I do a little to help out around here just not enough to do oh well babbling again I think

Lucille’s three steps to weight loss sound to easy to be true, but they really work. Stay away from food that’s white through yellow (starches and sugar), and pile on the meat, eggs and green stuff.

Ladies, beware of an item called asaparterme.(I mite not have
the spelling rite). Diabetics be very wary of it, it is worse than 4 spoons of sugar in your tea.
It is in all your diet cokes, diet cordials, sweeteners, the list could go on & on. Since Monsanto have lost patent/copywright, it is now open slather on the American and Australian market.
Wait, can you answer what exactly you mean by herbal tea won’t work? I thought herbal tea is better than tbags, I am not very familiar with kitchen stuff, can you show me with pics on what’s good? Thanks in advance.
I started my journey of letting my female side out in 2011. I am 5′-10″ tall. My current measurements are 42c bust, 42″ waist, 50″ hips. In 2010 I went from from 275lbs to 225lbs. By the being of 2011 I weighed 185lbs which is what I weighed when I got married at age 20. Now at age 54 (and still married to the same beautiful women) I weigh 225 lbs. My clothes size is 16-18.
My weight loss was due to kidney failure caused by diabetes. Currently I am on dialysis and waiting for a kidney transplant. I am currently using all three of your tips. I have to limit my fluid intake to no more than 32 oz. per day. My dietitian insists I eat alot of protien. A high protein, very low carb diet is what has been helping me. I eat alot of salads with health greens and alot of protein like grilled chicken or lean steak. My goal is to loss 20 lbs this year and then 20 lbs next year. My goal is to get into size 12-14 clothes.
Soon I hope to start your Flat to Femme program. Like most men with female breast envy I want to go from my naturally large C cup breasts to D’s or more. As you suggested in your program I have to talk to my doctor before I start. My goal is to be on the program in 2 months so that my breasts will grow as I loss weight. At 250lbs I was a 44c. At 225lbs I am currently a 42c. At 220lbs I hope to be a 40c and at 185lbs. my goal is to be a 38d or 38dd. Currently I totally fill up my wifes 38d’s bras but they are tight and she doesn’t let me use hers.
I hope this post was not to long or off topic. I have just started to build up enough courage to let my femme side out. You and your programs and blogs are a great help.
