While the size of your hips is largely determined by your bone structure, this workout will help build out your side glutes and hamstrings for curvier-looking hips.

If you are a transgender woman or crossdresser, you may dream of having a feminine hourglass figure. This workout hits all the right spots, including the waist, hips, and butt.
Corset Workout for a Slim Waist (POP Pilates)
A corset or waist cincher isn’t the only way to reshape and feminize your midsection. This workout will help slim your waist and tone your abs in only 10 minutes.
Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge | Bubble Butt Workout
Can exercise really give you a bigger booty? Absolutely. This no fluff workout targets the gluteus maximus with 300 butt lift repetitions.
Slim Arms in 30 Day | 8 Min Beginner Friendly Workout
The wrong exercises can overbuild your arm muscles, which is definitely something to avoid in a feminizing exercise routine. Instead, this workout will help tone and slim your arms.

I just walk about 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day! I just go to my local mall as a woman and do my thing. Also fun about the mall, when your in Michigan you can do year around! Also do some shopping! Here I am at the Victoria Secrets there, where I’m always treated like a lady! Hugs, Suzy

Good morning Lucille, I tried all of your suggested workouts. They all are wonderful. The most challenging one for me is the one that incorporates a lot of different crunches. I would like to do them everyday. Is there anything wrong with 30 minutes to an hour of aerobic exercise everyday?
These pics are 15 years apart. Nothing has worked better for me than staying fit primarily thru bicycling. In winter I have a stationary one in my basement and I ride 3-4 days a week in good weather. Just helps everything and I enjoy it. I think you have to find a workout that you can enjoy, then STAY AT IT! GOD bless!
