There are a lot of ways to feminize your body… from corsets and hip pads to hormones and surgery.
But let’s not forget about good old diet and exercise!
There’s so much you can do to reshape and transform your body – all from the comfort of your own home.
In this post, I’ve rounded up 5 fantastic feminizing workouts to add to your MTF transformation routine. Best of all, they’re all under 12 minutes long.
Give one (or all) a try – and let me know which is your favorite!
10 Mins Side Booty Wider Hips Workout
While the size of your hips is largely determined by your bone structure, this workout will help build out your side glutes and hamstrings for curvier-looking hips.
Hourglass Workout (10 Mins)
If you are a transgender woman or crossdresser, you may dream of having a feminine hourglass figure. This workout hits all the right spots, including the waist, hips, and butt.
Corset Workout for a Slim Waist (POP Pilates)
A corset or waist cincher isn’t the only way to reshape and feminize your midsection. This workout will help slim your waist and tone your abs in only 10 minutes.
Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge | Bubble Butt Workout
Can exercise really give you a bigger booty? Absolutely. This no fluff workout targets the gluteus maximus with 300 butt lift repetitions.
Slim Arms in 30 Day | 8 Min Beginner Friendly Workout
The wrong exercises can overbuild your arm muscles, which is definitely something to avoid in a feminizing exercise routine. Instead, this workout will help tone and slim your arms.

Hi Lucille, I’ve continued with the bootie/ glutes resistant band workout. I took it slow…easy at 1st then steadily I’ve lmproved. Being/ staying fit is sooo good. I love this particular set of exercises as it helps my upper thigh & core to some extent too. I fit it in with walking & stretching & strengthening exercises. I know it improves my confidence & my self-esteem/ image! I take breaks too & then come back to it without guilt. By the way, I’m so grateful to Lucille & Femme Secrets for these 5 sets of physical exercises that really help we trans women improve our health! Congratulations & love, Jayne
I have found out the best way to get an hourglass figure are waist cinchers. They helped me early on.
what are the best ones to get, and where can I get them
My Dear Lucille,
I am going to start “the Brazilian Butt Lift” today. I have been lacking in that area my whole transition. I have ( as they used to say) “always wanted a swing in my back yard!
Thanks again and again for the wonderful site
Have fun,
Barbara Jane
Thanks, Lucille.
They look like great exercises so I will give them a try.
You have always been a good support for us, for which I am very grateful.
Life is unique and we have to take advantage of it.
These are fabulous, thank you !
I’ve gone from an 140 kilo (22 stone) male to a 88 kilo (14 stone) transgender woman since August last year.
It’s difficult because I don’t want to lose the breasts that I grew naturally from being overweight (I still can fill a bra which is nice).
My focus has been on widening my hips and increasing my overall general flexibility with stretches with yoga. I can now comfortably touch my toes whilst standing and sit in a lotus position.
This would have been considered impossible years ago due to crippling arthritis and being so overweight.
But it’s possible. Step by step, day by day. Find a stretch or an exercise that is fun, do it every morning, even if it’s only 10 sit-ups or a bit of stretching for 10 minutes. Do it everyday, and change happens.
It’s not magic. You have to want it and work for it. Hourglass here we come !
Thanks again Lucille.
Holiss me encanta el de agrandar caderas,si hay para hacer crecer los senos por fa ,publiquen , gracias
Si hay para los senos
I like most “Wider hips workout”. After two weeks I think that I can see some results
I will try the arms… I have kind of muscular arms and I just want them to be more feminine ♡
Have you made any progress??
I have, and it works. It’s not a magic wand, but it definitely tones the bi/tri area. Skinny arms is a wonderful feminine trait. I’ve actually had difficulty picking up heavier objects since consciously exercising in a way that sheds muscle mass.
