Yes, I use ankle weights and make my glutes do all the work. Build those buttocks up!! Squats with weights, bridges with weights…… And luckily I DO also have a bit of good fat on my buttocks as well. If you do LOTS of cardio as in Brazilian Butt Workout, you will more likely lose that essential bit of fat, and some muscle. You won’t have a bigger butt however you should be likely to have a nice firm butt. At 71 I have managed to keep mine looking a BIT feminine. I like it to ‘wobble’ a bit, lol! 🙂

First week of my booty workout i made for me. Not much bt from nothing to something im happy!!
1st. Leg extension’s
4 sets of 30 sec on each leg.
4 sets of 15 sec on each leg
Walk around the house in heels for 10 or 20. (Up to you)
2nd squats in/out heels
I prefer not to do squats in heels
I do about 15/20
On the last one hold the squat for ever how many squats you did overall.
Repeat process lol

My personsl booty workout. Get down on all fours. Take one leg and point it straight out. Then lift up till your foot is about or above the level of the top of your head. (I usually give a lil bend to flex the cheek) i do each leg 30 x4. Break then 4 more sets of 15 sec on each leg. It wears u out like crazy so i usually take the time and walk in my hills and do squats. Bt within a week u will see a big difference
