There’s no denying the appeal of a shapely, feminine bottom. If you’re looking to enhance your female curves, you are in the right place!
The good news is that there are several easy ways for any MTF transgender woman, crossdresser, or femboy to transform a flat bum into a full booty – instantly!
Keep reading for my top 4 ways to attain a bigger and more feminine butt – no hormones, butt implants, or agonizing glute workouts required.
1. Try Padded Panties
Butt enhancing shapewear is all the rage these days, so it’s easy to fake what you don’t have.
Be sure to choose a style with natural looking padding. I also suggest wearing padded panties under heavier clothes, like jeans, since they can be too obvious under thin garments.
Here are 3 top-reviewed padded panties available in small to extra-large sizes.

- Feel Foxy Silicone Padded Panty
- Bonded Body Mid-Thigh Padded Panty
2. Slip On a Pair of Heels
High heels are a fabulous male to female booty enhancing tool.
Heels change your center of gravity, causing you to arch your back more. This makes your bottom appear more prominent.
For maximum curve enhancement, wear heels that are at least 2 ½” tall. The higher the heel, the more it will affect your posture and thus, the look of your butt.
3. Check Your Pockets
When wearing pants, back pockets draw attention to your butt. This makes them a critical bum enhancing factor. Here are some dos and don’ts to keep in mind:
- DO look for pockets with embellishments or flaps. This helps add bulk to the behind.
- DO choose pockets with a higher placement. This gives your butt a more lifted look. Pockets that are too low can make the butt look droopy.
- DON’T wear high waisted pants without back pockets. If you have a flat butt, it can create a “pancake” effect that is not flattering.
4. Wear a Shape Enhancing Skirt
There are certain skirt styles that can make your bottom look especially appealing. Consider these options:
- Try a trumpet skirt. A trumpet skirt is a style that’s fitted through the hips with a flare at the bottom. This is a beautiful, flattering shape that enhances your female curves.
- Look for a skirt that flares at the hips. The secret is to choose a style that flares the hips, rather than the waist. This adds volume where you need it most.
- Go for a shorter length. The shorter the skirt, the more the eye is drawn up to the behind. (Of course, you shouldn’t go TOO short. Always keep it classy!)
In conclusion…
As you can see, it’s completely possible to attain sexy curves and a feminine butt, no matter your current shape.
These booty-enhancing tips are guaranteed to help you make the most of your female curves. Give them a try and let me know what you think!

I can testify to the positive effect a nice pair of padded panties has on the derriere and I love it. To be candid though, a nice pair of 4 inch heels is (for me) the best way to enhance the look of the buttocks. An added bonus is that they do wonders for the legs, firming the calf and lengthening the look of the leg – mmmmmm nice pins, full firm butt.
Hi ladies – a little off topic, but I just discovered The Rack at Nordstrom’s where I live. OMG, the cutest stylish clothes and all at huge discounts. They even have racks of shoes up to size 13 ladies! Here I am today in a dress I bought. I highly recommend this place. And they treated me like a queen! Do you like the dress?
I guess I don’t try to accentuate my bottom. I’m pretty well endowed there for what it’s worth! I just try to wear clothes when I’m out that are feminine and what any woman would wear on an outing. Here I am the other day shopping in my casual outfit. What do you think?
Go girl
I want to be a woman so bad I don’t feel like a boy anymore I want to be a woman you help me just me up put makeup on me I make love to me
You are a gorgeous lady Suzy. Love the tips you are providing
Well this is the only pic I have that shows how my butt looks in a skirt. And having the right posture does help make your butt look lifted, well it does for me.
Great suggestions. One other is to wear white or light colored skirt with a darker top. It makes your butt look bigger.
Great idea Jane Lee! Thanks for the tip!
I get complimented all the time on the shape at my butt. So that’s not the issue. My issue I don’t have hips. So now I need a blog or a tip on how to increase the shape and size of my hips to give me the hourglass figure that I want.
Hi Bobbie – something all women like us struggle with. What works best for me is to have skirts/dresses professionally to fit as tight as my dressmaker recommends. It makes for them hanging better as well as giving me a more feminine profile. They feel really good to wear which increases my confidence. Hope this helps – Christine x
Great tip Christine and one I have thought about myself. For me the only thing holding me back from this has been no knowing a trans-friendly dressmaker / alterations person.
How did the professional you used react to you?
I definitely wear booty pads, but sometimes with the right outfit, I can get by with the panties with the cutout bottoms and the lift support. Although, when I wear a bikini, I have to rely on my natural bottom, which is not the best, but with a good pair oh heels; it does put some jiggle in my wiggle. 😉
Hi ladies
I have always favoured the types of skirts that flare at the hips. I can also see that high heels with an appropriate heel height work wonders upon your confidence as having a killer bottom.
