Traveling offers a fresh perspective on the world and can be especially liberating for crossdressers and transgender women.
When you go on a trip, it’s an opportunity to express your feminine self away from the routines and expectations of home.
The freedom to be your true self in a new, unfamiliar place can be truly liberating!
Considering all the benefits of taking a transgender or crossdressing vacation, I’m curious: Do you travel en femme?
Please take my poll and share your MTF travel experiences or aspirations in the comments below!

Hello Monica yes I bet that was lovely driving home like that, you do take a risk but that is probably half the excitment. I wear womens underwear every day including a bra when I am out and about but have been caught out a couple of times when someone wants to give you a hug ,it is interesting to watch there face when it happens . But I just love doing it and it does make your day more enjoyable . Lance.
“Lance”…Since I Wear Matching Bras and Panties 24/7, 365…I Am Always “Caught Wearing Them”…I Don’t Care !
I am full time, post op and I have to travel to keep GIC appointments and the like. I keep a couple of outfits for travel, warm and comfortable is the order of the day, usually a long skirt so that I don’t need hosiery. I have been treated with courtesy and kindness by other travellers.
I actually do. Do so often when traveling by car to business meetings (changing to ‘normal’ attire when I arrive). On top I had the dream to travel by plane, wearing tights and skirts. Finally I did. I wore a skirt, tights and sneakers, together with normal clothes (shirt and pullover). I dropped my suitcase, lined up for security and spend some time in a restaurant and shops in the departure area before boarding. It really was a dream coming true.
Some people looked a but surprised, but no remarks came. Also walking into the plane and sitting next to a couple (for 9.5 hours!) was not a problem. They acted normal, as did the flight attendents.
I really can recommend it to anyone. I added a foto I took during the flight 🙂
I offen travel wearing glass bangles & earrings but mostly tyred to hide them by dupatta.but I so many times failed.in that case some people calls me ma’am. sometimes it humiliating. but I enjoyed a lot.
I have travelled wearing sports bra under my front open shirt and panty in my trouser. It was fantstic and enjoyable. No one had time to object. Really i enjoyed on that day. I will againg do some more thing.
I did recently. I had my first professional makeover done at a boutique in Vegas. Afterwards, I drove to Anaheim dressed in my new dress, heels, and wig. I was blown away at the work the woman did on me. I kept looking at myself in the rearview mirror and all I saw was a beautiful woman. I also kept looking at my nyon clad legs. I practiced raising my voice an octave to sound feminine. I stopped at a Del taco on the way and it felt wonderful being in public as my feminine self. A truck driver asked me where I was headed and I told him I was going to LA to be meet a woman I met a on a lesbian dating site. The look on his face was funny! When I checked into my hotel in Anaheim, the girls asked for my id. I told them in my normal voice “Ok, but I don’t look like myself. They looked at eachother and their jaws dropped. They complimented me on my dress. I then went to downtown Disney and walked around the stores and tried on a few dresses. After 10 hours of being a woman, I had to remove the makeup and hit the sack because I was going to Disneyland and Disney’s California adventure the next day. I wore my normal male clothes the next day but had my new panties on underneath. I told a girl who worked the gift shop about my adventure the previous day and showed her a selfie I took while driving. She told me I looked beautiful as either a man or a woman. I wish I had gotten written instructions on hwo to do the makeup and purchased the products the owner of the boutique used. I’ve been itching to go out dressed as a woman again.
No I haven’t yet, but would love to. Get there and get a complete fem makeover be fem all week long go out and live a week as the girl me.
I haven’t been the world traveler dressed as a woman but I have done enough local things to feel some what comfortable in being out dressed as woman. I love going to gas the car or maybe to mail a letter or package. I also love going to my favorite thrift store dressed. I have been to a few meetings of some of the local groups here in my area but my work aren’t conducive to many meetings or outings like that. I also crossdress with a friend near by and enjoy her company as much as i can. I do when i go out dress to blend in in such things as slacks and tops or simple dresses nothing to fancy etc I hope you can all enjoy at least one outing in feminine attire
