Traveling offers a fresh perspective on the world and can be especially liberating for crossdressers and transgender women.
When you go on a trip, it’s an opportunity to express your feminine self away from the routines and expectations of home.
The freedom to be your true self in a new, unfamiliar place can be truly liberating!
Considering all the benefits of taking a transgender or crossdressing vacation, I’m curious: Do you travel en femme?
Please take my poll and share your MTF travel experiences or aspirations in the comments below!

I wore sexy pink panties through TSA checkpoint. Forgot and left my wallet in pocket through body scanner. They had to pay me down. I know the scanner revealed my panties. The TSA lady seemed a bit perturbed with me, but no issues.
I sometimes dress en femme when I drive to see my father 90 miles away, leaving my neighborhood before it gets light, stopping to get out to buy a soda out of a machine, get gas and pay at the pump (getting flirtatious looks from men!), eat a snack at a lake, to mail things, etc. When I get to his area, I stop off at a park to change and take off the makeup. It feels soooooo good to just be Melissa, even if it is only for a few hours. I sometimes drive around at night doing the same things! The great thing is one of my adult daughters knows and totally accepts me for me as does her two children, a girl who is 6 and a boy who is 11! They even call me Melissa and they have seen me dress and totally LOVE me!!! It feels so good when people just love for for you and treat you with such kindness and compassion!
I LOVE to travel in fem. I’m taking another long road trip this weekend Can’t wait to get all dolled up and ready. Love the stops along the way. rest area’s or stops for gas or food. I prefer to travel with my faux pregnancy tummy and of course in maternity cloths. When I’m dressed as pregnant, a loose the heels and opp for flats or sandles. Maternity dress’s are soooooo comfortable. But I still enjoy the look I have in a baby doll maternity top with my short denum maternity skirt Very cute and comfy. Only caution is ! Be awair of more mature women watching you. They will most likly want to talk to you about your baby and when your due ect…….. Be ready and it won.t be so scary. My tummy makes me look about 7 months pregnant. So if the conv starts to run long I always tell them I have to get off my feet, or I need to rest, the baby is kicking ( easy to fake)’ Great reason to leave.
Too much of a hassle at my height. I wish… I will occasionally drive around at night though…

I just found out I’m going on a Royal Caribbean cruise and apparently on formal night the ladies are supposed to wear either a long formal gown or a cocktail dress! I can’t wait! Have any of you done this? I have a couple of cocktail dresses but not a long gown. Would this one work? Or my boyfriend will need to take me shopping! Thanks, Suzy
You are gorgeous!
Get your boyfriend to treat you and max his card, after all you will be worth it, and just say you have nothing to wear, you want to be the belle of the ball lol
I have done 3 cruises as Fiona. Two with a girlfriend and last one with my boyfriend. we travelled as Husband and wife. Loved all the formal nights and spent ages shopping for evening dresses etc as well as day wear.cocktail dress is fine for formal nights
I love to travel en femme. This year I flew to and from Houston and also rented a car. I am a cross dresser.
Kristine, I’ve wore a bra under my clothes for many years but the last time I did so TSA made a big deal out of it and embarrassed me horribly! You could tell they were having a ball humiliating me! I haven’t flown since! It’s been 5 years.
Kristine:
How was going through security en fem?
Paula
I had no problem with TSA. They were professional and polite and are also Trained in professional manners to help Transgenders to get through Security. Log onto TSA website and it explains about the rights with Trans genders.
I drive as often as possible dressed in short skirts, stockings and stilettos, stopping off regularly on the journey to take a short walk. Actually had a man chat me up wearing the clothes in the picture.
Well I travel partially in fem, I wear all the lingerie under, some cute fem pants and blouse of sort. I don’t wear the makeup or wig though at traveling in airport. Once I get to destination, I will wear full on till I go home 🙁
