It’s amazing how much our names shape our identities. Some names feel like a perfect fit from the start, while others never quite resonate with us.
However, crossdressers and transgender women have the unique opportunity to choose their own feminine names.
Every great MTF name has a story behind it, and I’d love to hear YOURS.
How did you choose your feminine name?
Please tell us your story in the comments below, and if you can, share a photo too. It’s always lovely to put a face to a name!
Love,
Lucille
When I finally got up the courage to go out in public fully as a woman,I went to walmart to shop for clothes.A woman working there told me I was pretty and asked if I had a girls name. When I said no she took a good look at me and said I looked like a Brandi. So,here I am,Brandi Miller.I love the beautiful woman Brandi has become.
I feel as though my name came from the other side of life as we know it. Michelle is sensual Lynn is sexy and Grey is mysterious.
I feel lucky because my girlfriend not only accepts my femininity but helps me and is excited by me being feminine. She has bought panties for me. She taught me how to put on lipstick. She loves that my breasts are beginning to grow especially my nipples. One day, she told me that she loves the woman I am becoming and she wanted to choose a name for me. She chose Julie because we met one year in July.
I was going to be Kevyn whether I was born a boy or a girl, so it fits that I stick with it!
I first chose Chelsea because of a very cute girl at work that I actually did not get along with at all – so I incorporated her name into all the slutty things I do as a way to secretly get back at her 🙂 But now I very much have immersed myself with the name and love it for being girly and feminine.
I chose the name Holly from one of my favorite actress of the television show charmed,Holly Marie Combs.
Jack to Jill to Jillian
I went from Jack to Jill, obviously & from Jill 2 Jillian!
