Are you ready to reveal your most fabulous feminine self?
If so, the right tools are a must! Some of these items are obvious, but others are essentials you might not have thought of.
Keep reading to discover 10 must-have items for your male to female transformation:
1. Breast Forms
Breasts are arguably the most feminine part of a woman’s body. Unless you’re blessed with your own curves, breast forms are essential. (Of course, you’ll also need a cute bra to put them in!)
2. Color Corrector
A visible beard shadow can be a big challenge to putting your best face forward.
While you might be tempted to cover imperfections with heavy concealer, it never looks natural.
Instead, invest in a pink or red color corrector to first neutralize the tone of your beard shadow. This allows you to use less makeup and gives you a more natural and feminine look.

3. Panty Girdle
A panty girdle is a great multi-purpose garments that trims your waist, flattens your belly, and smoothes your overall shape.
Panty girdles come in brief and long leg styles:
- Choose the brief style to wear under short skirts.
- Opt for the long leg style to wear under pants and longer skirts.
4. Perfume
The right perfume can make you feel irresistibly feminine!
The secret is to choose a fragrance that matches the qualities you want to express:
- Go for floral scents if you want to express your romantic side.
- Choose oriental or woody scents if you want to bring out your inner seductress.
5. Black Pantyhose Or Tights
Bare legs might be trendy now, but in cooler months, nothing beats the polished look of hosiery. Classic black pantyhose or tights are a style essential.
If you’re going to wear pantyhose, be sure to choose the sheerest hose possible and only wear jet black pantyhose. (Avoid grey-black and brown-black tones.) Or wear opaque tights for a more casual and youthful look.
6. Lipstick
Studies show that a woman’s lips are considered the most attractive part of her body – especially when she is wearing lipstick. Lipstick is a must-have item that will instantly make you look more feminine and attractive.
7. Classic Pumps
Shoes say more about you than any other accessory. You can’t go wrong with a pair of classic black pumps. They’re sexy, feminine, and work well with many types of clothes.
Think you are too tall for heels? Even a 1″ kitten heel has impact, so there’s a pump out there for everybody.
8. Moisturizer
Due to higher testosterone levels, males generally have rougher skin than women do. Get a facial moisturizer and use it daily, (whether you are en femme or not).
Moisturizer makes your skin look smoother and helps your makeup go on better and last longer.
9. Little Black Dress
The little black dress is a wardrobe staple every crossdresser and transgender woman should own. A simple black dress in a flattering length can go from day to night and will never go out of style.
10. Attitude
Finally, the most important thing you can possess is a great attitude!
People treat you the way you expect to be treated – so be as femme and fabulous as you want to be. You deserve it, girlfriend!

I think padded hip and butt pads and a good wig are a must have as well as your 10 items, being quite slim ( uk 10/12 ) the padding adds those feminine curves I want.
I try my best to reveal my most fabulous feminine self .
do consider I succed doing it ?
I recommend wearing padded panties from Classic Curves. I wear mine every day and they totally feminize my hips and butt. I also wear pantyhose almost every day and while I wear black from time to time, my regular every day look is the nude sheer pantyhose from Berkshire. After showering I apply Mary Kay Toning Lotion to my legs and feet. I also have tried press on nails in red and it totally feminizes my hands. I love how they make me look and feel!
I don’t wear breastforms any more because HRT has now given me my own! But i used to LOVE my breastforms that i made at home. I made them out of wheat and pantyhose. Despite what people say about their being uncomfortable and looking a bit off, they felt the most comfortable, gave the best look of anything i tried and they smelt divine. However, to make them work, you do need a high quality padded bra: it makes a “wall” at the front that holds everything firmly in place and then the wheat/rice breast sizer fills the space between the bra and your chest or growing breast in my case. See https://youtu.be/aMMEpsLPPCQ. I used to love the scent of the wheat when i wafted up owing to my bodyheat. I still have them and sometimes sniff the wheat to remember those lovely days of early transition.
Lipstick, perfume and shaper pants. Love all of these. Particularly perfume. I love what scent does to my mood. My favorites are Viktor & Rolfe “Flowerbomb”, Fragonard “Reine des Coeurs” and Jo Malone Patchouli and Lupins. The first makes me think of a forest in the Summer, the second is just so unusual and wonderful and Patchouli and Lupins has an earthy bottom note that i love.
Omg that’s terrable, I know I’m a year later but if really recommend something to use as self defence like a taser or something because you should be you and not have to worry and people
Be happy with what you are and being what you are doing
Unfortunately, I only get to dress up occasionally when I have some private time. Once or twice a month. Even then, I am taking a risk of getting caught. I have mostly all of what I need as far as dressing as a woman (safely tucked) away.
With one exception: Even though I am happily married, there is no one I can confide in to offer me their opinions and suggestions for improvement on how I look or walk. Dressing as a woman simply brings a fulfilled feeling to me. Nice list overall here….Thanks!
Teelee, I totally feel you. I’m a closeted CD and I don’t even get to do it as often as you. But when I do, it’s like I was meant to be a woman. I feel so natural. I can’t come out due to family issues, so I must continue to live this secret life. I only dress when my wife is out of town and I have no chance of her catching me. And I agree, it is so hard to get other people’s opinions. So far I have a positive reaction when I go out in public. I’m tall though, so I think it must be pretty obvious to everyone that I’m a CD. But I’ve gotten over my initial nerves. Now it’s just a huge rush and an empowering feeling. Kisses!
Look on the web for a gender dysphoria clinic near you. They cant help you with what you need
