When it comes to expressing your gender identity, navigating labels can be tricky. For those identifying as transgender or non-binary, finding the right words is essential.
Obviously, it’s important for people to use language that respects and reflects your identity. Outdated or offensive terms can be hurtful.
However, it’s important to remember that you’re more than just a label!
Ultimately, what matters most is how you personally want to be addressed, regardless of where you fall on the gender spectrum.
So, let’s talk about it!
Do you have a particular term or label that resonates with you – such as crossdresser, transgender woman, non-binary person, or something else?
I’m eager to hear your thoughts, so let’s continue the conversation in the comments below!

A woman of course
I think of myself as a pretend girl who wishes I was a real girl.
I prefer the phrase TRANS GENDER OR T-GIRL OR SHE. I am doing this because I am a woman inside and that should fit the outside. It is an amazing thing that can be done now days.
am a transvestite , going toward a trans women, but environment impedes being a trans woman as much as I would like.
It’s not a label. It’s my essence. I am a girl who was born in the wrong body. And I work intensive every day to come to me.
Labels embarrass me.
I prefer transwoman. But as I get closer to SRS I have been think of myself as a woman with a trans past.
Most importantly, you are YOU and that is what counts!!
That is beautifully said, Janet, thank you

Great comment Janet, and an Amen to that one SISTA-Janet, I feel the same way almost always as my MARKER has been “F” since March 2010 ^_^ I cannot believe it, times flys, it will be a year I received my marker in 6 days, OMG. ^_^ and as I get closer to “fix” something in my “plumbing”… I get excited, frustrated and so many other emotions, but it becomes hard and up and down on many levels, but SMILES all around.
