When it comes to expressing your gender identity, navigating labels can be tricky. For those identifying as transgender or non-binary, finding the right words is essential.
Obviously, it’s important for people to use language that respects and reflects your identity. Outdated or offensive terms can be hurtful.
However, it’s important to remember that you’re more than just a label!
Ultimately, what matters most is how you personally want to be addressed, regardless of where you fall on the gender spectrum.
So, let’s talk about it!
Do you have a particular term or label that resonates with you – such as crossdresser, transgender woman, non-binary person, or something else?
I’m eager to hear your thoughts, so let’s continue the conversation in the comments below!
Love,
Lucille
I am a women. But I want to sexiest curves like girl. So please help me.
I do find labels important and I value exactitude in speech and in writing. This may get me into trouble as we live in a world whereby except for writing it is NOT important! Anyway, unfortunately there is no current label which fits me. If anyone asks I’d say that I am simply “trans”. I think of myself as a man but according to all the gender-of-the brain tests I have taken online my mind is very feminine and I have already posted this on Facebook. I believe that I am from another time and living in this one is difficult.
Many onlookers refer to me as she. All I can say is that were I to be treated simply as a man this would be inappropriate and possibly long-term very traumatic to me. A sex counselor long ago right away referred to me as a woman but I do not agree. If I could live all over again and knew I would be living in the red white and blue America and in Europe I’d undoubtedly prefer to be female but since I was born male I feel I should own up to it but how am I doing?–not a very good job as a man. I wish more than 2 genders were considered and especially intersexuals under our laws but unfortunately this is not so and they are as such largely hidden from the public in this false bi-gendered world of ours!
I am a woman thats all I say.
I prefer woman and fem pronouns but i do not get offended if one or any of my friends or family refer to me as Transgender/Transsexual/T-girl to me or others when speaking about me. The term that offends me the most is when someone is like ohhhhhhhh your a shemale.

I call myself a cross dresser as I don’t want to be a women just like wearing the clothes
I don’t care much for labels, I am who I am. When clarity is needed for others to understand then I identify as a Transgender Woman.
Ive been mistaken for a girl my whole life, even when not dressed up. Technically, I would be considered a x-dresser, always wanted to go all the way, but wouldn’t get any support from people I know, so I cant figure out whichlife is lonelier! Dont care about labels, just know it sux not being able to be who I really am all the time!
I dislike the current media vogue of the word “trans”.. it should be transgender. I consider myself a non-op transgender woman who loves her spouse and am not going further.
