What’s more feminine than a sexy hourglass shape?
The good news is that sculpting your waistline as a crossdresser or trans woman does NOT have to mean spending endless hours at the gym or squeezing into uncomfortable corsets.

I’ve read that there are certain exercises you shouldn’t do because they might build the wrong muscles in the MTF waist.
Are all of these ok to do without that concern?
Thank you for these wonderful tips. Keri
Love the work outs Lucille and Thank you so much for sending them!! I will surely give them a try and add what I like to my present routine. I agree with both Chrissy and Jessica statements. About 30 to 35 years ago I was a gorgeous little thing but time has taken it’s toll and I am now a regular at the electrolysis and botox spa as well as the gym. But I have also experienced a 15 lbs weight gain since starting HRT, and I think it’s all in my tummy. I’m living on protein shakes and vitamins attempting to loose the weight but it keeps “hanging around”. Maybe on of these routines will help??
I’m now too old for any convincing that was so easy years and years ago. I return to the photos of the period to remind myself of a beauty now passed. I’m ok with this. It doesn’t last and I had twenty years or more of being both male and female when I wanted to. Love to All! Chrissy
We can’t change who we really are inside, accepting her is what’s important. I was born male and accept being a woman and my wife does too, I don’t wish to transition my body anymore, I have too much respect for this guy that has protected me my whole life and love him too. Love yourselves no matter what. Love you all!
I don’t think people understand….being transgender and on hormones you will put on pounds…..fill out everywhere including your tummy.
I went from 170 lbs to 220 lbs by hormones my legs thickened up, and it took awhile to shape up.
I love it will these to my work out .it will help my hour glass show more {right}
