When presenting yourself as a woman, every detail matters! One detail that’s often overlooked is your feet.
No matter the size or shape of your feet, you can transform and feminize your feet with a little care and attention.
After all, there’s something so alluring about showing off sexy feet in a pair of strappy sandals or stilettos!
In this blog post (written specifically for trans women and crossdressers), I share 6 tips on how to get attractive, feminine feet. Read on to learn more!
1. Indulge in a Professional Pedicure
While you can give yourself a DIY pedicure, I recommend going to a salon for a professional treatment.
Aside from the pampering experience, it’s much easier to maintain pretty feet at home after you’ve let a pro remove your calluses, trim your cuticles, and reshape your nails.
Many men get pedicures with clear nail polish, so don’t feel shy about going to the salon in male mode. (Though of course, it’s much more fun en femme!)
2. Banish Foot Odors
It’s hard to feel sexy and sensuous if you have stinky feet. The main cause of foot odor is sweat, so here are a few tips for controlling sweaty, smelly feet:
- Try applying antiperspirant to the soles of your feet.
- Take your shoes off when you’re at home to let your feet breathe.
- Wear cotton socks instead of polyester or nylon socks.
- Put baking powder in your shoes. Sodium bicarbonate helps control the bacteria that causes foot odor.
3. Remove Excess Hair
I’m always surprised how many people (including cisgender women) neglect to remove the hair from their toes. Who needs that distraction?
When you shave your legs, don’t forget to include your feet – and the tops of your feet too if you have hair there.

4. Get Rid of Calluses
Sexy feet are soft and touchable, so exfoliation is a must. Fortunately, there are some great tools that make the job of removing calluses much easier. I love the Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File.
5. Do a Foot Soak
Soaking your feet is a great way to get that spa experience at home – plus it leaves your feet clean and soft.
Simply fill a basin with warm (not too hot) water and soak your feet for 10 minutes. To make the soak more effective and enjoyable, add some Epsom salt or scented bath salts.
6. Use a Rich Foot Cream
Feet take a lot of abuse during the day, so it’s important to care for them by applying moisturizer regularly. Feet require heavy duty moisture, look for a cream specifically designed for the feet.

Accept your big feet and treat them well. Or there will be Hell to pay. Who cares about other opinions. Don’t wreck your feet in tight shoes.
instead of wearing pumps heels or other fancy dressware. You can always look more modern. I choose to wear skinnyjeans with UGGs or boot cut low riders with running shoes. If you have big feet you can find white or light colored shoes in mens department and replace laces with more feminine colors (eg: pink, sky blue or purple)
Some of what Lucille says is true about heels.
I need women size 13/46 for my big feet on 2.5″ heels.
My feet don’t look like great plates sticking out from my slacks.
I got mine done professionally, this is a gel polish that last for weeks without chipping!
The cool thing about this is it reacts with temperature to turn from a black to a sparkly pink!
I loved it.
They are gorgeous!!
That is really cute.
Love your thoughts on hands and feet, I have large feet so this is helpful

I don’t know about this yet. I wear a size 11 women’s shoe. I have these cute Bare Traps fuzzy top shoes. The problem is, I shattered my left heel about 2 years ago and my left foot is a little bit longer than my right foot. I just recently was able to start wearing my high heels again. But my left foot and ankle are noticeably larger than my right foot.
I know the feeling Julie, I’ve got 1 leg shorter than the other from
a R/accident. Plus 2 bung knees, so fun & games learning to walk in heels.
Try Glucosamine Chondroitin with MSM for your knees… Mine were popping while wearing heels, but after a month of supplementation, my knees no longer pop…
Haven’t come out to my wife yet, but we took a cruise recently and booked a pedicure and foot massage together. We sat in front of a picture window and got pampered. At the end I managed to come up with a good excuse and now I’m rockin’ a pale pink polish! I felt so good that it encouraged me to shave my chest and moisturize my chest and face. She likes the changes!

Hi Dee, your story is similar to mine but when I finally got my nerves up to paint my toes my wife asked if I wanted to wear her panties as well. Been dressing up since and she is totally game! Good luck.
I love pointy toed heels but I wear a size 8 in womens shoes, thank God for small feet
Should I be offended right now!? I have size 11-12 shoes! I wear some of the most prettiest rounded toe high heels! I am going to be an Olympic lever Ice Skater and my big feet can support my height of 6 ft! I’m pleased with my big feet thank you very much!
