1. Wear Clothes That Fit Right

- Clothes that are too tight – These highlight trouble spots and emphasize fat rolls.
- Clothes that are too big – These add bulk and give your body a formless shape.
Instead, choose garments that skim along your body for the most flattering effect.
2. Go For V Necks And Open Collars
V-neck tops and open collars are fantastic choices for crossdressers and transgender women. They create flattering vertical lines down your torso, which can be helpful if you carry weight there.

3. Choose Flattering Accessories

I’m about 5’9 and I am overweight, but I know above the bust I look great! Haven’t decided if I’m transitioning or not, but this is me with some help from the “Allis” camera app. My “boobs” aren’t real yet, but I do have some old ways to help give me the appearance of some!
The optical illusion cloths also can help! For example I very like this dress in the picture.
I use high waisted skirts. Not only do they flatten my stomach but they squeeze my waist in and give an illusion of more hips! I strongly recommend this in a casual outfit (top, tights etc.)
I am not overweight but I would still like to shed around 10-15 pounds. I do exercise a lot but I have to admit that I sometimes tend to eat the wrong things. Hoping once the weather eases up I can get outside more and work on more exercise and less of the “sweets”
my personal opinion////because ive feared gettin older and slowly puttin on the lbs.,,think about it the more u put in your tummy the more it gets stretched,@ 59 yrs,im 5’8 and i manage to keep my wt. @135-140. i really dont eat hardly any sweets,i would rather a few chips,to knock out the sweet taste in my mouth.,but,to let u kno how many chips im referrin to a 8oz. bag will last me about 3 weeks.and yes u know whoever u r whatever u do you should watch your wt.,i think slim is healthy,good luck on ur dreams and keep doin wat u like,xoxo andrea gail

I’m about half way through a 187 to 155 pound change. I have two very simple guidelines which you can tailer to your own situation and wisdom.
First you have to want to. It cat be half hearted. Imagine yourself stepping out with that lovely figure!
Second before you eat ask yourself if you are really hungry- not bored or self indulgent. Eat only when you are really hungry and the food will taste heavenly. Also you will be less inclined to eat junk food and drink beer and soda and such I have been doing this for several months and loosing about a pound or two per week. Not a Huge but a consistent amount. Have more to go but already I am looking good in my pretty blue dress.

I am overweight and have to excercise and do some diet. I have back pain and is imposible to be stand up more than half hour without sit down a few seconds to relieve the back pain. When I walk I feel some relief with the movement than stood still. Do the Chiropractic help to relief that kind of pain?
yes , But exerciseing is the key as you have to keep doing it . You have certain muscles that have become weak and need to strengthen them .
