Your name plays a big part in shaping your feminine identity.
Some names sound sweet and innocent, some are classic and regal, while others exude an exotic and mysterious vibe.
As a crossdresser or trans woman, you have the unique opportunity of choosing your own female name.
If you’re like most of my readers, there’s a story behind your chosen feminine name.
So, in this blog post, I’d love to hear about the special meaning behind your name.
Please leave a comment below, sharing your feminine name and the story of how and why you chose it for yourself.
I’m excited to hear the story!
Love,
Lucille
HI: Cindie was my very first girl friend we had the most fantastic dress up times that any crossdresser would want. We parted because her family moved away. I took her name so I would always remember my first love.
Cindie xx
Amazingly, my mother (bless her dear departed soul) told me that if I was born female, my name would have been Brenda (Susan Jane), and therefore I took that name, without the middle names. (strangely, the middle names are those of my G Daughter)
I wanted a traditional name and Marilyn Monroe is my number one fem icon. The last time I went out I was wearing a short blond wig. I didn’t realize they had kareoke at the club. They pleaded for me to sing “Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend”!
i was given the name bernadette by my first real Mistress. i love the name.

Hi Lucille,
My intials are TJS
So Tuesday JoneS encompasses these three initials.
When I was younger I thought Wednesday Addams was so cool – a goth chick before her time!
So I picked Tuesday instead of Wedensday – for my first initial.
JoneS starts and ends with my two final initials.
Plus Jones is my Significant Other’s Maiden name – so I think of this as my “maiden name” too!
Plus Tuesday Jones sounds good – a super heroine/PI perhaps?
I hope that you like it?
Rachyl is the name that makes me feel most feminine and 100% woman. I just need to try and grow hair on top, because most is gone.
Well I have gone through many names This one is a dirivitive of my current name. The first name I was given my a GG was Summer then another one like Bianca (I didn’t). The she named me Miranda. Now I have Alaina which I like the best. I also have a nick name Boots. That’s because of my love of Boots.
I also toyed around with Alana for a while but I have finally settled on Alaina. It is easy for me to recognize and identify with. Not sure why it is so appealing but it is a good name. I found this on Google which is why I think it suits me best.
Alaina meaning and name origin
Alaina \a-lai-na\ as a girl’s name is a variant of Alaine (Old German), Alana (Old German, Hawaiian) and Elaine (Greek), and the meaning of Alaina is “precious; precious; awakening; sun ray, shining light”.
Have a great day everyone!
